Motherwell: Twardzik, Hammell, Ramsden, Hutchinson, McManus, Sutton, Vigurs, Lasley, Carswell, Anier, Ainsworth
Subs: Stewart, McFadden, Lawson, Cummins, Francis-Angol, Kerr, Moore
Ojamaa at the game today, hopefully Anier has some extra determination to impress his mate & bags a hat-trick!

None taken, but I'm sure we'd all have settled for 2-0 beforehand..;-)
Very true, will still be very happy if finishes that way without a doubt.
-
Sutton 1-0. Good news for those of us with a £1 on 2-0 with Sutton first scorer...
2-0. No offence Melvin, but I'm hoping we get a few more!
-
Did Stewart not play last season? I had thought he came on for Randolph near the end of the season
He did come on at the end of the last home game.
-
Any radio link for the game?

Five fans arrested over disorder at Motherwell v Celtic game
First time I've seen mention in the media of disturbances & vandalism in the town before & after the game.
-
All 128 suspended by #celtic will be invited for interview to state their case. Club will then decide if they're allowed back.
-
Celtic ban 128 fans after events at Fir Park.
Also to relocate 250 fans from section 111 at Celtic Park or refund them if they don't agree to move.
Just seen it on SSN.

Can we as the Morherwell fans not get direct answers from the steward company who work our home games or Police Scotland. It pisses me off that I've been close to being fucked out for simply standing up when I can't see and trying to explain so to the stewards only deems me a 'trouble maker'.
As many people as possible should contact Frank Roy MP & ask him to get answers from the chief constable of Police Scotland why his officers did nothing when it was all kicking off.
-
Given the relative success of "police free" games at fir park and other grounds, could we host Celtic with no police?
I'd have said no, but given that if it actually does kick off, they're just going to watch anyway, why were the club forced to pay for them to be there?
Good point!
-
Tucked up in a position of relative safety and not directly in front of the offenders as their tactic depended on stewarding by an outside party. Other supports home and away are not handled in similar ways...
Fair enough, cheers for clearing it up. Watched on a stream & only remember seeing a line of people in luminous coats in front of that stand, presumed some of them must've been old bill.
You would think the stewards would've called them in when the vandalism started though, WTF are we paying the useless cunts for? (Police I mean)
-
That wasn't the case... Watched from afar.
So where were the police then?
-
I know it's been stated many times previously, but the biggest disgrace is that there were police standing right in front of them watching & done nothing.
If it happened further back then maybe you could justify their inaction, but it was the first few rows FFS!
-
Would welcome Jamie back with open arms!
-
It's ok everyone, all will be fine, Celtic are going to investigate...
-
-
Very poor crowd. Well done the bois, through thick & thin.
-
Minutes applause before the game, sorry but I don't see why that should happen at any game unless it's something to do with that country or one of the clubs involved.
I have no problem with it at all & will be sat here applauding along.

Like others I do have the fear for this 1.
But......It's football, you never know, anything can happen so hoping they do what we did against Rovers & turn up thinking they've already won, & we go out with the determination to bounce back from the embarrassment on Saturday.
-
Totally stunned by that. Embarrassing doesn't even begin to describe that result.

Motherwell: Nielsen, Hammell, Hutchinson, McManus, McFadden, Lawson, McHugh, Carswell, Francis-Angol, Kerr, Anier
Subs: Stewart, Sutton, Lasley, Cummins, Leitch
Hopefully grab a few early goals today & Leitch gets a decent amount of time to come on & show what he can do.
-
Great away win, 2 strikers scoring & a clean sheet.
Certainly lifts the spirits after the doom & gloom of late.
Happy!
