Shambles. An official should have been at fir park mid afternoon and just regularly checked the pitch and made a final decision at 5pm. It's now 5.30 and a lot of people will be needing to know about now to see if they can travel. Also given the conditions you need to factor extra time to get to Motherwell.

I think he has been brought in more as an coaching / advisory role and by registering as a player then if by an amazing stroke of luck he becomes a genius footballer again then we are sorted!
From the sound of it he is on a very basic wage!
I have a mate at work who is an ICT fan who says even though Foran has played about 2 games in 4 years he is still a very valuable asset behind the scenes....

I think the main factor is more to do with the saturation coverage on TV .Granted its good to see good teams ,occasionally, e.g Barcelona.,but you can turn on the TV and watch any old dross 7 nights a week,if you wanted.
I don't agree with that. I have a basic tv package without the sports channels and I am sure I am not the only one in that camp, but this season I have watched almost no football on the tv as the terrestrial channels have no rights to games.
I think attendances are falling due less and less people being interested in football in Scotland and thats really down to the fact our league has zero competitiveness.

End of the day, McGhee might be a bit of a cunt, but he is still a better manager than Baraclough.
Get Gary McCallister in. The guys sound as fuck and goes up in my estimations after he gave a few fist pumps to some dirty spunk rag Rangers fans after we scudded them 6-1.

I actually think that signing Craig Samson was a clever move by the club. Twardzik has not really been up to much since he signed on. Ripley could be away in january so to negate the risk of potentially having Twardzik as our only choice of keeper - we now have a decent keeper with a bit of experience who can keep these guys on their toes.
Also all these people claiming we are throwing money away and we can't afford him. We know fuck all about the financial setup with regards to signings so there is no point speculating about it.

Only been to the Dundee Utd game this season so not really in any position to comment, but is the fact we are missing Pearson really affecting us? I get the feeling he is the man who this whole team was built round and him getting injured has scunnered us a bit.

Why? The database is the largest scouting tool in the world created by a mix of professional scouts, members of club boards, a couple of managers, fans who are studying to become pro Scouts and normal fans.
Is it constantly kept up to date? I remember they did yearly patches and stuff like that.
If its kept up to date then yes its a good search tool, but surely they are not relying on the ratings for players - as again these would fluctuate massively.

Don't what all this panicking is about. We were the better side against Dundee Utd and we're just unlucky that day. Aberdeen beat us but they are pretty good these days, beaten by hearts at tune castle - again no surprise. St Johnstone could be looked as a bad result, but again sounds like we had chances. We then win two on the bounce and by the sounds of it were far better than Killie.
Need to give the guy the season. I'm convinced we have the players to be a decent top six team.
Also lets not forget two first choice players have been out for most of the season so far.

Not having a go at the club at all. It's the refs that make the decision and they need to be more prepared for these issues in my opinion. A pitch inspection at 5.30pm is too close to the game to make the call. Great that it's on though!
