perhaps allowing his team to still have a chance of winning was enough of a motivation. Officials have more or less confirmed that there is one set of rules for the old firm and one for all other teams. With that mindset, is it beyond the belief that they wont cheat to make their lifes easier, by the media and old firm fans? and also to perhaps gain financially with gifts etc. The biggest problem we have is that we dont have enough 'well officials.

How will they ever earn the respect of the players and us fans, if they cant even acknowledge they got an easy decision so wrong. Dougal spouting this crap only adds fuel to the fire. The old firm and especially Rangers are going to need the help of the 12th man. It's time our provisional clubs grew a set of balls and took some of the media and officials to task. deflect deflect ............... nothing ever changes. the real issue was the officials cheating. bottom line, cosmetically the pitch aint pretty, but it was playable, as per the officials, and as per our team's outstanding performance of football on the deck. The statement that it could injure a player is stupid. Any pitch, in any condition can injure a player. That's part and parcel of football. Pitch snobery indeed. deflect deflect. Then he has a cheek to say the media and officials are not pampering to Rangers.

reynolds is a good defender. But he needs to improve his concentration to play at a higher level. He should have cleared that ball into orbit. He knows it, we know it, so hopefully he learns from this.

whilst the linesman is rightly getting abuse, what about the referee. He was is a good enough position to overrule the linesman. If this was in England they would be demoted to lower league games for a while. There is no defence of the decision. It was shambolic and the professional associations in this country should be embarrassed and ashamed if those officials are the best they can provide for a live game, which is broadcasted over many countries. There are mistakes and there is cheating. If it's a mistake, then those officials should call it a day, as they will never get an easier decision to make.

very hard to pick from Jennings, lasley, o'brien and Craigan. Plumped for Jennings as he controlled the midfield. Craigan was back to his best, and hopefully that continues.

whilst the linesmen decision was a complete joke, the referee was in a very good decision to overrule the linesmen. The referees overall performance was pathetic, and for those in the SPL/SFA to give him a live game, is mental, and sums up the state of our game.

watching the replay again. the linesmen first reaction was to give goal. Weir sticks his hand up and low and beyhold he changes his mind and gives offside! Forbes was behind weir for fecks sake.

the boys were brilliant tonight. Linesmen, yet again makes a decision which lets Rangers off the hook, and Reynolds! whit the feck were you playing at. Making those daft decisions will not get you a move to a bigger club. Officials in this country are beyond a joke

Hibs are a no bad side with a decent attacking threat, with luck on their side. Historically we've struggled at Easter Road, and theyve already beaten us, so i guess todays defeat was hardly a suprise. Sure mistakes are being made, but perhaps in the grand scheme of things, this may help the team to improve in the long term, as long as the learn from these mistakes of course! Patience chaps, Jimbo will get it right.
