He appears to be a good bloke but probably just a very good coach who lacks management skills. Rogers appears to be similar. So i hope if Alfred goes Rogers does not get promoted.

Quite a few of our players seem to lack sharpness and actually appear sluggish. Our fitness and pressing is nowhere near like last season. To many players hiding on and off the park it seems. There also does not appear to be any unity between players and coaches. The hunger and fight our team had has gone.

SOD is a big part of the problem. He killed the game stone dead by his actions.

Injury time is a joke. Hearts guy was treated for over 2 mins. Not that it would make any difference. Never felt we would score. Pass it about well enough but we offer nothing up front and then cough up stupid gift goals. Guys like JT, Odonnell and Sparrow need binned. Longelo should be moved out of left back.

Never seems much dialog between Rogers and Alfred.

Longelo chickens out of a 50 50

We have passed the ball around well enough if perhaps abit safe. Defence switches off and we lose goal. Longelo has always been poor defensively. He should be further up the park with a left back behind him. JT is offering nothing again.

Goal against run of play. But theres the difference they have guys up front who can score. Longelo switches off and allowed Braga free header. Quite a few of our players are not switched on for quick plays and its cost us again.

Hearts forum posts are more or less a mirror to here. Football fans eh? Which club has not had a crisis so far? Maybe we should all call it a day and save our sanity and lower our blood pressure..

Normally i would say its a game we are likely win with a clean sheet, such is the game of football and crazy outcomes. But given the lack of apparent disinterest on and off park i cant see anything but another frustrating defeat.

Something has happened behind the scenes. How else can you explain the sudden lack of effort. Sure confidence has been dented but the players are not running on or off the ball. The live wire Said has stopped smiling and everything seems flat. In flashes we have seen what they are capable off but overall theres a sniff of disinterest. Is the dressing room split? Jens obviously scared the shit out of players and they dared not do what was asked. By all accounts Alfred is different. So who is kicking backsides and demanding maximum effort. Is that whats missing and players like JT and Longelo are going threw the motions, stinking the place out and causing issues. We know we lack leadership on the park, but off it there is no excuses for someone not standing up to any nonsence. The board need to be having a look at what is going on. We all want Alfred to succeed but its getting harder for him by each passing game.
