  1. Make that the pull out centre pages of the programme when they come to Fir Park in the New Year.
  2. Looks like Aberdeen have ignored his request anyway..... Gits
  3. Indeed, given their choice of games that weekend, three of the four teams involved are also taking part in the LC Semis. Both games could be rescheduled, especially if we get to meet Aberdeen in the final!
  4. We should ask Aberdeen to swap the venue to Fir Park. After all, they have succeeded in ripping the pish so why shouldn't we? Can you imagine the reception he'd have got had it been at Fir Park next week?!
  5. Last time we did that Motherwell were dropped from the Masters football . Chucking zimmers or pension books at the Aberdeen fans might be more appropriate!
  6. The Aberdeen forums are hilarious, they now are turning to accuse John Boyle of lacking integrity quoting examples including our own administration. Boyle made mistakes and also took a massive multi-million pound hit. If it happened to them (doubt anyone would shed any tear whatsoever) Milne would drop them like a stone and demand every penny he was due. Their fans anger me almost as much as the gruesome glasgow bunch now.
  7. It is, SKY Sports at 7.45 pm.
  8. The SPL have announced the next set of live games, we are involved twice.... Fixture announcement - TV games for February/March The SPL today confirmed a total of 10 matches to be shown live on Sky Sports and ESPN during February and March, including the third Old Firm game of the season on Sunday February 20. In addition to the televised selections, Rangers' home match with St Johnstone has been put back 24 hours to Sunday February 27 due to the Ibrox club's involvement in the Europa League. Sunday February 13 Dundee United v Celtic - live on ESPN, 12 noon Sunday February 20 Celtic v Rangers - live on Sky Sports, 12.30pm Sunday February 20 St Mirren v Hibernian - live on Sky Sports, 2,45pm Saturday February 26 Aberdeen v Hearts - live on ESPN, 12 noon Sunday February 27 Motherwell v Celtic - live on Sky Sports, 12.45pm Sunday February 27 Rangers v St Johnstone, 3pm Wednesday March 2 Kilmarnock v Celtic - live on Sky Sports, 7.45pm Sunday March 6 St Mirren v Rangers - live on Sky Sports, 12.45pm Monday March 7 Dundee United v Aberdeen - live on ESPN, 8pm Saturday March 19 Kilmarnock v Motherwell - live on ESPN, 12 noon Sunday March 20 Aberdeen v Rangers - live on Sky Sports, 12.45pm
  9. Real Radio report that they are unlikely to agree to it. Good.
  10. Found this, pretty much says what I thought...... COMMITMENT OF A CONTRACT Under Scots law, a contract is an agreement between two or more parties that is enforceable by law. There is no fundamental difference between a “purchase”, an “agreement”, or a “contract”. A contract can be deemed to have been made by word of mouth, or implied by the action of the parties, even though no formal written contract exists. If the contract contains the essential elements of a legally binding agreement then neither party can escape from its contractual obligations and responsibilities except by mutual consent. Consequential costs when contracts go wrong can far exceed the “contract value” in some circumstances. Care is therefore required to ensure that contracts are not entered into prematurely or by accident.
  11. Almost the only people in football who can be relied on are the fans. They genuinely feel for their club. It's a sad reflection on today's football.
  12. The auld erse says.... " Lies, damned lies, and just complete fibs.....
  13. It has! Hope things are well. Brown just does not have a clue what he's going to does he? They are a club massively in debt and going nowhere. Bizarre decision.

I hope they do appoint him with immediate effect. Got to face us as Manager sometime, and it'll add a nice bit of spice to the game.
  15. Brown apparently has said on Sky that "there's more chance of winning things at Aberdeen than at Motherwell." What the F*ck makes him think that given they have been going backwards for many, many yeras now? Deluded auld fart.
  16. No thanks. Very few would I suspect given the response handed out to him in the days that followed his departure.

    Please God No

I smell shite. No quotes from the club or anything. Hmmmmmm.
  18. The Aberdeen fans are convinced he'll install loyalty into the players up there. Well, they have been living deluded lives for 27 years now so no doubt completely believe that.
  19. I think the players would have to seriously consider if they should work with Brown again. After all, he lied to everyone on Wednesday, and would surely do so again.
  20. Never been the most honest of places has Pittodrie over the past few years, can't believe that's changed any now.
  21. Aberdeen can't afford £50,000 for a player never mind a million. Remember not so long ago they couldn't go 20 grand for Jim O'Brien? Brown, yer a mug and welcome to the club that's tighter than a crab's arse at 50 fathoms.
  22. Given recent events, I imagine that'll be none pretty soon.........

    Club Statement

That for me says breach of rules. Aberdeen fans are convinced it's all pish and we are a joke. Think the last laugh is ours, idiots. Maybe someone could read it out to them?
  24. Statement on the Official Motherwell site now. Club Statement The resignation of Craig Brown and Archie Knox Motherwell Football Club tonight (Thursday) released the following statement on the resignation of both Craig Brown and Archie Knox. Can't get the link just yet.....
  25. Are you greedy if you want both, or just honest? I will gladly have both!
