Good post Andy. There is nothing wrong with wanting more. Setting one's targets high is what life is all about. For years getting Top-6 was pay-day for many of us. In the last 3 years we've been spoiled. It won't always be like that ......................... but lets savour what has been achieved, especially when bigger fish in our little pond look at us with very jealous eyes.

That's how I felt on Thursday night ............. and still do.

Other than a couple of games in 1991, during my lifetime that's been the way of things. We have a very loyal hardcore support, with a decent amount of add-ons/floaters when the game and the price are right. There are well over 1.5million people within a 25mile radius of FP, however the majority of them pledge their loyalty to the Sectarian Twins. I think we do not too bad when compared to Airdrie, Hamilton, Kilmarnock, St Mirren, Falkirk, Partick Thistle, Albion Rovers, Livingston, and Stirling Albion ..... all teams in areas with bigger populations than Motherwell.

We created enough chances to win 3 games, but no one stepped up to the mark and we lost to a pub team and blew £1M+
