Heard on a podcast this week that Murphy's contract has a compulsory purchase clause. Not sure how true that is, or what other conditions are attached to that clause, but it seems it was 'you will buy him once you've got season ticket money'

Was there this morning and got tickets in A7. There was the odd ticket for the front 5 or 6 rows of other sections but they're mostly sold out. I got 7 tickets, 6 of us are season ticket holders . I'd imagine there'll be a wee bit left for public sale. It was also said that they're still processing a lot of the phone orders, now that the ticket office has settled down a bit, so they can't say exactly how many they've sold until those are all allocated.

I'm assuming the club has waited for the official reason for the dismissal. I've read quotes saying it was for violent conduct. As has been mentioned on various platforms violent conduct is where a player uses 'excessive force or brutality'. It has been seen that neither is the case so the club has a pretty decent case. Again, whether they accept the case, or just protect the ref as usual, remains to be seen.

What I meant is, if he was sitting on 49, the pressure may have been on for the landmark goal in the final. I'm pretty sure it would have been brought up many time by the press throughout the week. Perhaps 'monkey off his back' was the wrong phrase. Maybe 'prevents the monkey from even climbing on' is more appropriate?
