  1. I believe Adam Livingstone has got a 1 year contract extension, which is good news for the Well supporting family and has merited the contract having seen him in the under 20's and is definitely a good prospect.
  2. It will be interesting to see who we will release this summer, suspect McLean, Petravicous, Plumber, Hendrie will not be offered another contract. Nadir is a difficult one, although it is unlikely we will have him next season, I don't think there will be many teams that would be patient enough for him to come up with a good performance as today, there is no doubt there is a good player (on and off the ball) in there, but not many teams will have the patience to put up with his mediocre performances that he is good at coming up with. ( Plymouth certainly never gave him the chance) Personally under SR and his coaching staff once totally fit I am sure he would be a better player, but he is not getting a regular game he will disappear from the radar completely.
  3. I feel sorry for Allred and Grimshaw as they would normally get a man of the match award for their performance today, but Nadir's performance and his second goal was well worth his Mof M award, but why wait to his last game to come up with that performance!!
  4. As a matter of interest, does the money paid for your final league position include the TV money or is that paid separately?
  5. Maybe I am biased, but there cannot be a Manager in U.K. that is more honest in his post match assessments than SR, he did not want to make any excuse of players missing or carrying knocks, but simple defensive errors that beat us, roll on Tuesday to see our reaction.
  6. I think we have to field the strongest (whoever is fit) side as we need to assure safety on the play off position as well, I know it would be a long shot if we were involved, but Dundee Utd seem to be coming strong at last, although I am sure the second bottom team would be too strong for the championship play off winners.
  7. Thought we had an outside chance of top six, but with announcement of Willie Collum for referee against St Johnstone bang goes that very outside chance, but a win tonight will secure Premier status for next season.
  8. Have to say that all our players that started could have been man of the match, but Curtis definitely stood out for us and caused havoc with Sevco's central defenders.
  9. Ciftci out for tomorrow with an ankle knock as well as Campbell is a doubt, why is it we have a break there is someone coming back injured, I can understand why Campbell might be a doubt with him just coming back from international duty, but Ciftci hasn't played for three weeks!!!
  10. Sorry I am answering my own question, as I googled him after I asked the question and some fans are saying he IS the WORST referee in Scotland..to be honest I think they all fall into that category to tell you the truth.
  11. Nick Walsh refereeing Saturday, not sure how many times we have had him before, but sounds new to me?
  12. Thought it would not take long but according to the BBC gossip page Louis Moult is on the radar of Rangers, I wonder when Aberdeen will join Rangers?
  13. Was decent enough game but we basically did not create much, although their goalkeeper had a few good saves. It has to be said that the referee was one of the best referees have seen in a while with no controversial decisions in 90 minutes....very rare. May I also say it was lovely to watch a game with the sun our backs rather than freezing our b******s off.
  14. Someone mentioned that the 4th official could have been involved for the sending off and guess who that was Stephen Finnie it would be very interesting to find out which team supports!!
  15. I have heard that he is not in SR plans which if true is a shame as I always and still do rate him, I saw him recently playing against Falkirk under 20's when a few other first team squad played and he was the stand out player that day, but hasn't featured in any team or squad since that day.
  16. I know I was giving some stick to Stephen for his under 20's appearances but have to say he actually played well, mind you I thought we were snookered when he he came on though!!
  17. Had to go for Carson, although I understand why Tait is getting a lot of votes.
  18. Not sure but with his disciplinary record I would imagine it could be a three game ban, on that basis alone I think it might be worthwhile to appeal the red card, although not hopeful of a positive result, but we maybe lucky that we might get someone that supports Rangers and hates Brown might make the decision!!
  19. Under 20's today we're obviously echoing the efforts of the first team on Saturday, very sad indeed, I think they managed one effort on goals (not 100% sure though) to be fair the performance was like the weather driech and miserable. Even SR and KL gave up watching and left early!!
  20. I was going to go for the null vote, but I did think that Bigirimina had a decent game when he came on, but to be fair I don't think there was no player that stood out today.
  21. It certainly would be interesting but I doubt it that anyone will get to see that, what surprised me is the league cup is worth more than the Scottish Cup and as for the TV money, that is a joke. Can someone tell me why the SPFL voted to reduce the fees Gordon cup games?
  22. Does anyone think that maybe us having the game off midweek helped us as Hearts definitely looked jaded the first half, so maybe the Beast from the East helped us?
  23. I hate to say that Sid and Hendrie were dire, Newall average, at least Bowman was proactive by holding up the ball, but overall any first team player in the under 20's seam to upset the team, they certainly improved when Hendrie went off at half time. Unfortunately with three over age players playing Ross McLean not in the squad, which looks like he is not in SR plans Also have to say that Ross County under 20's is the best team I have seen in the development league so far with Tony Dingwall and MacIver played well but the left wing back Melbourne was very impressive until he had to go off injured, it makes you wonder maybe we need to look at the Highlands for some youngsters.
