Do we loose Tait and Hartley through suspension for the Scottish cup game against Accies?

What worries me is for the last few years we have always managed to bring at least one player through the youth ranks and into the first team each season e.g. Campbell/Cadden/Hall, but at the moment there does not appear to be any player that could be good enough, although Ross McLean and Adam Livingstone might fit the bill, but not sure if they will get the opportunity. Most of our rivals are all seem to be bringing in academy players, even Rangers which was unheard of before, but we either do not have the players good enough or SR is scared to take a chance on playing them in the first team.

Does this mean that Carson, Cadden and Frear will be out of Wednesday game against Rangers?

Definitely not the best result from Rugby park for our point of view, but as SR says we just need to look after our own results which I am hoping will be a win for us today!!

Went to attend today's game against Dundee Utd at Stirling to find it had been postponed. I did check twitter before leaving with no news of the postponement, by the time I got to Stirling, there was a tweeter feed to say that due to injuries and illness for Dundee Utd players they requested it could be postponed. When we arrived at Stirling the girl said that the groundsman postponed it yesterday due to the condition of the park. Not sure who was telling the truth and not that bothered, but just hope the official MFC site is correct. I know it was only an under 20's game but there a few of us attend these games and would appreciate that the club could inform supporters on social media/MFC website a little bit earlier to avoid unnecessary travel.

Went along today and just don't know how we lost that game as we definitely had the bulk of the play and Dunne was found to be better centre half than wing back, although his distribution of the ball wasn't that much better. I am disappointed in the result but not down and with hopefully some of our injured players coming back next week, I would be positive of getting a result against Dundee.

So was Fisher's form when we signed him....I don't think so

Have to say it was one of the worst game of football I have attended in a long time and I include Hearts in that as well. Unfortunately did not see the goal as everyone had stood up in front so managed to miss it, but in my opinion Griffiths ( who did not have to make a save) Campbell, Bigiriman, Kipre had decent games. Bowman and Rose were rank rotten. Very worried about our injuries for Wednesday night now with possibility of Cadden and Fisher being added to the list.

I would have thought Griffiths would be offered another contract as we will need him and I personally think he is as good as Carson.I also see Dunne's 1 year contract extension is about to kick in as he has played enough first team games to qualify for the one year extension.

Sorry I just don't get it with Petravicius, he has not impressed me at all and would give Fisher the chance, his one game he did play against Dundee I was quite impressed and I am sure the more he plays the better he will get. SR also seems to also favour Grimshaw, so would expect him to be playing in midfield today. No problem about Griffiths playing if Carson unfit.

Did not make it yesterday, but talking to someone who went saying that reckons Moult pulled up with possible hamstring and also Carson also having a shoulder injury, hope they are both fit for Tynecastle?

Have to say disappointed that we did not appeal Kipre's red card.

Is Kipre available for Wednesday night? I would think the club will appeal the red card, but not sure what happens with the league cup is that all under the SPFL umberall.

I was asked tonight where was Stephen Pearson playing his football, but appears to be still a free agent, I know he was definitely pass his best, but I would have thought that maybe some championship or league one side would have taken the chance with him? Does anyone know if he has retired from football?

Have to say not the best draw especially they get half the takings, but hopefully will be good enough to see us through, with a few premier league teams drawn together it would be a good opportunity to make further progress subject to a decent future draw, but one game at a time.

Now Celtic 64 games undefeated, surely we will hopefully break that with 3 games in row against them? I believe they did not play well against Ross County and still won, I was hoping they would have saved their bad performance against us.

Got to say a strong bench again, so would expect changes if not going our way!!

As much as Kipre has been the supporters hero, I think our coaching staff ( McManus/craigen) need to be doing some extra coaching on him, I know he is pretty young, but at the moment he is a bit of liability for us in the last couple of games and his confidence must be starting to taking a hit. I would like to think he can bounce back and prove to everyone he is still a good player.

According to the Sun he is now going today to learn his fate!

Was looking to see how much we will earn from the final, I suppose £250,000 for winning and £115,000 for runners up from sponsors is not too bad, but £32,000 for the TV deal sounds very cheap indeed for the cup final. I am sure non league clubs in England will get more for televising of any of their games. I know BT has probably saved the league cup in Scotland as nobody else was interested but £32,000/team for the final seams a cheap deal to me.

When does SR go to Hampden to present his case for being sent to stand during semi final?
