IMHO its been going downhill since we stopped playing "Rose Garden" by Lynn Anderson in the early 70s So smile for a while and let's be jolly: Love shouldn't be so melancholy. Come along and share the good times while we can. I beg your pardon, I never promised you a rose garden. Along with the sunshine, There's gotta be a little rain sometimes.

Remember David Ferrère played in ten Scottish Premier League matches and scored three goals for Motherwell, all of them coming in a hat-trick on his debut, as a second-half substitute, against Hibernian.[1][2]Ferrère was one of the 19 players made redundant when Motherwell entered administration less than three months later.[3] Also hit the bar with a 45 yard frree kick with his first touch......

Maybe we should swap Craigan and Higdon positions.......... Craggs rarley misses from 6 yards.....at our end Sitter......the only sitters i saw missed in the highlights were 2 free headers for the current buns.......Higdons was a half chance in my book

Just watched the BBC online highlights, some very poor defending/decision making/marking etc etc etc.............did we make/win a tackle in this game ????? Goals 1 + 3 Ah well....third in the league not be sniffed at and as mentioned in previous post a BIG month ahead which could shape the rest of the season.....hopefully in a good way with some home wins !

Was that not the quater final in march 1981 Was that not the quarter final in March 81 there was amasive well support, I went on a bus from the Hattonrigg,,,,,,,,,We got roasted 6-1 Afters 20 odd minutes it was 4-0 a nd we then pulled one back(Mayhem on those extra steep terrace STANDING slopes of Tannadice) then two in the second half to finish us off This should be the new offical 'Well song Singing ............................................................................ "Memories light the corners of my mind Misty water color memories of the way we were Scattered pictures of the smiles we left behind Smiles we gave to one another fore the way we were Can it be that it was all so simple then Or has time rewritten every line And if we had the chance to do it all again Tell me would we, could we Memories may be beautiful and yet What's too painful to remember We simply choose to forget So it's the laughter, we will remember Whenever we remember the way we were Memories light the corners of my mind Misty water color memories of the way we were Scattered pictures of the smiles we left behind Smiles we gave to one another for the way we were " -

Like everything in the "Art world" a lot of things are not everyones cup of tea............and as usual, on this site peoples good intentions are ripped to shreads..... This gesture was done with the coperation of the family who were involved in the design.....which was all done with the best intent to remember POD What were some people expecting..........:wank: Ah well I'm sure the next time it happens the people involved will know what to do
