Went up to FP this morning at about 11 no q, but had to wait about 45minutes for family section tickets to be brought from the Brandon parade shop.......... We are in section A5 near the front so thats nearly A1-A5 family section sold out as per the offical site The Family Section will be located in the West Stand Sections A1 to A5. But from the Hamden there is a section A6-A7 which is not included on the offical site prices PRICES SOUTH STAND (SECTIONS P1 P6) £35 WEST STAND (SECTIONS B1 B8) £28 WEST STAND FAMILY (SECTIONS A1 A5) £25 / 10 So not sure there is anymore family tickets left or if they will sell A6-A7 as family section as it does not appear to be advertised. While I was waiting quite a few new season tickets were purchased

Due to the SFA stupidity of housing us in the "h**s End".......... We will all be going via the M8 Kingston Bridge- then the M77

Would like to think we would take 7,000+ at least, for our first Scottish cup semi at Hampden since 1975 without facing any of the Bigot Brothers, This is a massive game and desrves a excellent turn out Hope fully the Saints feel this same and bring a bumper crowd as well. Hopefully we dont earn the shamefull title of the lowest ever semi final crowd at Hampden between two top flight clubs And I agree the game should be in Edinburgh at Easter road
-
A couple of bigot brothers at my work were trying to work out the h**s and Smeltic final fixtures after the split ,and for them both to play 19 home and away fixtures,a couple of the scenarios they came up with (As they seem certain we are in the top six in front of Caley) Were either us playing at Ibrox for a third time or Smeltic at the Arc for a third time. They were trying to work out various different permutations and it was all becoming at bit confusing. But if the top 6 fixtures go playing the same side home and away twice they reckon we should be home against,Killie,h**s,Tarts and away Smeltic and Arabs giving us 20 home and 18 away fixtures. Going with the same formula for all the other teams that would be the same for Smeltic and Arabs, and with the h**s,Killie,Tarts playing 18 home and 20 away. We then gave up........to may options trying to get 19/19 split Any stattos out there could clear this up Im sure last year we were the only one to lose out on the 19/19 split with the two additional away games

Weesacs the point I was making was for me to take my son to the area where "all the singing is" would double my expense. Having attended football matches since 1970, I seem to remember the novelty of standing up during games..........and totally agree it generates more atmosphere, and it would have been nice if he (9 year old) could experience the big match atmosphere/singing/smoke bombs/etc etc etc. But as you say the layout is shambolic. But I dont think you and the rest of the boys from the south side of the east stand will have anything to worry about, will you lot not try and recreate the view you get at FP and will be standing right down at the front with a shit view Best thing would have been Easter Road. two stands each and a day oot in Auld Reekie ! But enjoy your day out,I know I will
-
Agree bizarre........no concessions for kids other than the family section,so if you want to sit in the siging section with a child it will cost £44 South £44/50 Why not make C1-3 in the North stand the family area and keep all the fans together then start to use B6-8 as the over spill if we sell that out. There are some right :wank: at the SFA SOUTH STAND – SECTION O: £25 SOUTH STAND – SECTIONS P1 AND P2: £22 NORTH STAND – SECTIONS C4 AND C5: £22 WEST STAND – SECTIONS B4 AND B5: £18 WEST STAND – SECTIONS B6 TO B8 (FAMILY): £15 / 5

IT WAS DANGEROUS PLAY But who cares -
The next two home games are massive for the club to try and secure a top 6 finnish. The financial benefit of one of the Bigot bros coming to the 'Arc chasing the league title could secure a few players contracts etc etc, rather than 100 odd Accies fans Would like to think we will beat the sheep......but two game against the Arabs who are flyin might be a bridge too far the way we are playing just now.

Was living down south at the time, and came up the Friday and went to Sparks then Zanzibar on the Friday night. Remember vaguely lots of guys from Leeds and Doncaster being up for the game Day off the game Burns tavern for opening time......stayed there till about one, then headed up to get the train. When we got to the station there was a massive Q,with BTP dogs going mental etc etc, so we just walked down the hill at the side of the station, got a train to Newton, then on to Mount Florida and had a few in "Boons Yard". As usaul we just had to have one too many, and missed the K.O. The first thing I saw was Hamish French putting the ball in the net which thankfully got chopped off. Have never been so nervous at a match, and my abiding memory of thegame at the equaliser 3-3 was Alan Main diving on his belly across the Hampden turf. :wank: Train & carryoot back to McDonalds for scran then down to Burns tavern and drank copious amounts of "Schlitz" lager . Then at some point ended in the Chinese takeaway opposite the Woodcutter, where a guy 6ft plus, stole my bar scarf (Xmas present 1973) from my brother in law 5ft 0" which ended up in me and him rolling about the floor, and Strathclydes finest saving the day as I was getting a bit of a kicking My regret was not going to Fir Park that night and missing the parade the next day,by the time I got there it was all over. Well theres always this year............

The bottom line it should have been a foul against Gunning in the build up,some of our players didnt play to the whistle and Badwillie got a little bit of space which he took advantage of..... IMHO thought it was dangerous play and had big Hutch "made a meal of it" holding his face etc etc think the goal would have been chopped off. What do you think the decision would have been if Big Hutch had cleared the ball with a overhead kick at that hieght ????? Jesus Imagine the furore if a goal like that is scored in the cup final on Sunday... -
Craggs is playing for Northern Ireland in Belfast on the 29th.March .............cant see up playing the game that night
