Young Campbell reminds me of Ally Mauchlen. Emery determination and can play . Seen this boy a few years ago in the U20s and was really impressed . Early day but looks the business . If he gets consistency we're onto a winner here -
No issues . Erwin helped us stay up . That'll do for me . Good luck to the boys . Just not today

Great day of business today . Taken in approx 1M and squad not been weakened . Liked Grimshaw first time round and centre half in with experience . Much better balance to squad this season and competition for places all over the park . That keeps players on there toes . Overall very contented . Still think best bit of business was managing to hold our nerve re Moult . Losing his goals would have undermined a lot of the good business we have done

Great effort by the whole team yesterday . Much more height and power in the team compared to last few years and seem much fitter as last few seasons we looked jaded in the second half . Mchugh is a workhorse breaking up play but he needs to be better with his passing . Seems to want to play the difficult pass more than the simple one and that put us in a lot of trouble in rangers and hearts games . Overall much better on the eye this season . Starting to see robinsons stamp on the team now . Looks like height power strength and fitness are his big thing . Don't think we'll get bullied much this season -
Superb piece of business . Well done to all involved at the club for getting this done
-
Getting relegated because we can't score goals would also be detrimental to the club model. And possibly more damaging long term . Can see both arguments to be honest but as I say very relaxed about the situation . Also Robinson seems to be too . Starting to like what I here from him .

Louis Moult has been a terrific signing on and off the park and thoroughly deserves all the accolades thrown his way . Hope he gets what he's looking for and I'm easy either way . See's his contract out and scores goals for us and keeps us up then happy days . That's worth more than £500k. If he leaves for cash then we take it get somebody else and move on . That's the way it works . That's the model and I for one am pretty relaxed about it . But as I say one way or another he's been a great ambassador for our club and wish him well whatever happens

Yeah also couldn't manage on Saturday but sounds a great wee day . Well done Jay and to all those involved
-
Not the quickest but used his considerable experience to get out a few scary seasons. All in all a very good signing and think he will be very influential with regards the kids . Ideal post and possibly a future manager . So thanks for your efforts big man and all the very best in your new post
-
Happy enough with Dunne . Athletic and powerful . Looks ok to me .
-
Dissapointed in mchugh today . Stray passes and caught in procession caused us problems in first half . Surprised as well as dissapointed tbh .
-
Yeah defo look stronger, fitter and much more height in the team . Acid test will be when league gets going. Always felt fitness was an issue last few years but much younger team now with more pace . Thought big Dunne looks capable
-
Similar in many ways to big Hutch . Could have sold him in the January of his last season . Kept him . Ended up making two unbelievable tackles up at pittodrie when game was 0-0in last game of the season . Ended up 2nd and got more money than if we'd sold him . Gamble paid off.Moult could end up doing same for us . Point is it's not as straight forward as some think . These are massive decisions and can work for or against you .
-
Congratulations Keith on your appointment . Wish you all the best in your new role . If you put the same effort and commitment into managing as you did playing we're in good hands
-
Secure premier status asap . Anything after that is a bonus . That's the reality
-
Be happy if Scougall signs . If memory serves me he played against us for Livvy few years back in league cup game and was outstanding that night . Also seems to have done well at Sheffield Utd . If we get him it would be a cracking signing . Fingers crossed .
-
Comes across as a thoroughly decent person . As long as he makes decisions (unlike John Boyle )with his head not his heart then we should be fine. Of course he makes mistakes . Who doesn't . But as that old saying goes for those that want rid of him all I can say is be careful what you wish for . Don't think he'd be out a job long !!!!!!!

Slightly off subject but what is the difference in prize money between 10th and 9th

Some of the guys signed and eventually playing in a motherwell shirt was shocking and simply not good enough . Not sure McGhee involvement as heard he didn't watch them pre signing but was recommended them . That for me has got to change . Judging Robinson is difficult as he inherited a mix of some poor and burnt out ones . Only once the new season starts and recruitment is done will we be able to compare the two .
-
I'm sure he knows the players he wants and needs to fit into his philosophy . Whoever he signs I expect to see a fitter and more aggressive squad next season . So on that basis be interesting to see his initial signings as that will be an indicator of what he wants . Also get the feeling sentiment won't come into it as he alluded to in his interview . Difficult bit is getting the contracted players he doesn't rate out . Easier said than done . Wish him luck with that one . But for me he's been correct in saying we need a massive rebuild . A different minder will be just as important . I wish him well . Big job but needs done . Can't carry on like last season that's for sure

Far to easy to blame Alan Burrows when team isn't doing well . Human nature always looks for somebody to blame . That's not his remit as I understand it . That's what a manager gets paid for . Believe he does a sterling job in the day to day business of running the club and does much more than his remit requires . Also been told he is well respected by other COO from other clubs . In fact one in particular said he is a workaholic and puts crazy hours in . So on that basis he'll do for me .
-
Looks like we're going to have to get use to some of these players next season as a good few of them signed on two year deals . Blyth , bowman , clay all have one year left . Frear has two years left .

Well done to everybody who attended the game yesterday . Great support throughout and reckon it really helped in getting us a result . Same again on Tuesday and hopefully it'll get us over the line . Massive game now
