  1. Well, McGlinchey was on a separate training regime to that of the Under 19's yesterday morning and not at the high tempo set by the 1st team in the afternoon... I'd rule him out. Hammell was absent too, but, I'd expect him to feature. Jutkiewicz looked every bit worth the 4/1 anytime scorer on offer at Ladbrokes mind.
  2. Outside party only raised this an hour prior to training this afternoon...
  3. Need to declare our under age keepers injured for his registration to be authorised? Well, I'm sure that's what Mr Knox said...
  4. Erm, naw. The gradient which gives approximately a 1.3m drop from all sides to the north west corner puts paid to that.
  5. Al, it's called carelesness For me, the pitch played worse than it had previously. Clear for all to see, pitch has had some recovery time recently and shown little signs of regrowth and again poorly maintained. Why?
  6. Absolute crock of shit - and that's from inside the club Mr Dickie also says, LAY OFF THE PLANT FOOD
  7. I'd suspect compensation from Aberdeen for the release of McGhee would cover most if not all costs incurred. Not overly concerned, as we are told of a return to profit this current financial year. Unlike he'd have you believe, Mr McGhee was given everything he asked for at Motherwell to the detriment of the balance sheet... his raised salary no doubt adding to our overspend. Alarmed, yes, that the current custodians perhaps returned to old ways chasing an impossible dream. Again, lessons learned, I'd rather we perform on and off pitch as has been viewed/reported this season. Loads of top flight clubs would welcome this position. Onwards and Upwards
  8. Current East Stand reconstruction may put paid to that. Lothian and Borders apparently uneasy on plans to house both supports...
  9. Covers of the germination type (I'd expect) were down on Saturday morning when I was there...
  10. Another outgoing of grief... what next, an obituary page? C'mon admin you know it makes sense. Not wanting to sully memories of which there are many, but, celebrate his day of birth when he played for us did you? I thought not.
  11. Eh? How do you come to that conclusion? Gannon may well be an employee of Crewe Alexandra before next season
  12. "The club are delighted to announce that all season tickets holders can bring a friend for free when Motherwell face Falkirk on Saturday 3rd April." Hope it's pissing down... My old man and younger brother are Cooper Box members. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Guests must be at the turnstile at the same time as the Season Ticket Holder and the Turnstile Operator will remove both vouchers. In light of the expected increase in attendance, please leave plenty of time when travelling to the ground to avoid queuing close to kick-off. Guests should be aware that many seats in all three home stands are reserved for season ticket holders and they may be asked to relocate should they sit on one. Don't use a turnstile, why are they penalised? Have to sit with the underclasses now
  13. He also used to phone his mates maw to ask "What knickers have you got on today?" Behaviour today that would see him on the register. Earned him the nickname Busby... shared a laugh with us at Dundee about it.
  14. Aye, Hollywood beware The board has an in-house production fella anyroads

Again, a worthy team performance, again, hard to select only one... Sutton it is for me this week. All round play and goal scored edges him from Jennings.
  16. Lad still growing... Recent scan revealed a nasty hamstring tear. Season more or less written off with aview to being fully fit come pre-season. More than capable to step in for next years' title tilt
  17. ? Yeah, our fine run may eventually come to an end, but, the Craig Brown trademark of setting up his teams to be hard to beat and the prospect of facing Christian Nade would hardly suggest anybody likely to maul us any time soon. We'll be fine, I won't be backing them on the fixed odds like Wednesday and Falkirk away the other week for that matter...
  18. CHANT NOTE FOR TOMORROW: Broony, Broony Sign him up!
  19. Let's not do what the Airdrie do, they do run run, they do run run
  20. We had Faddy and we had Dubo... David Murray's shite at judo circa Hampden 2005
