From another point of view - Having spoke to others, unanimous in their opinion it’s the worst surface they’ve played on and are used to playing on artificial grass most weeks. Many rating what I’d describe as an overused Braidhurst as playing better.

On the ‘smart’ agent point... Whilst, I think it’s incredibly naive to suggest coin is the main factor. Modern players look to develop too if the focus is there. Turnbull has that in abundance.
