  1. As does a certain Mr Frame
  2. For Anniversary meal read Sponsors evening.
  3. How do we arrive at that? Doubt he'll be here after the season end
  4. The best right back our great club has never had. Aye...
  5. That'll be the knee injury that required an operation just after leaving us... nearing fitness he says.
  6. Not quite getting 'nobody else'. The reason they haven't made an impression is down to the successful team selections deployed by the management team no? We need to remember also our development team has ranged from 14 years upwards this season so the majority have time on their side & the club can nurture to bear fruit in time. Those involved certainly seem to buy into the latest club ethos.
  7. So we've got non insiders reckoning on release on the strength of a youth loan at our part time neighbours? Deary me... The kids mentioned work daily at Motherwell & under the terms of the loan are available for development fixtures so not quite getting 'the general consensus' unless you're taking one or two observations from Airdire over that of our own management, backroom & academy staff?
  8. Original member not included... again. Starting to think the confidentiality clause of late 2014 was still holding true.
  9. Queen Street High Level is closed for the next 5 months - Northbound trains now routed from Central.
  10. We'll be alright. The Society board will be along shortly with a proposal for a meeting about a meeting as per usual.
  11. Now relax... They are not that good. Can we also do without the mould firm-esque last comment?
  12. Conjecture. Dare say the truth will out though.
  13. Why no subs? Simple, no time added on for substitutions at the end no? Trust him, he knows best!

    Away Crowds

So, you have your opinion, they are like arseholes right? You aren't going to change your mind... This prejudice helps how? Name call all I like? Beloved Bois? Wind your neck in. Give the text speak a bye too, it grates. Speak to plenty of fans from other clubs & not one has mentioned not putting Fir Park down as an away trip given the location of the most intimidating of our support. If anything it's admired & offers something a little different to the mundane & general malaise around Scottish top flight football. Unfortunately some were held up post match, not ideal, but, it wasn't the first time & certainly won't be the last. Given, I see off-field action as folly in this day and age, but, I'd expect any fan to defend against attack. Are you telling me this wasn't the case on Saturday? It's a long way around McDiarmid Park to where the buses are located from where the locals entered & left the stadium - how was this allowed to happen by stewards or those paid as upholders of the law? As for open my eyes? Police Scotland statistics - the reasoning behind them has been done to death & truth is they mask against what IS happening. Definitely no more at ours than any other club. If those attached to our club were instigators in the main at home & on their travels, you can guarantee a clampdown by Officer Dibble would have been had long before now. In current times, our 'Bois' align with the shift in fan behaviours in this country. As a more established group, I suspect, can set them as a target, I mean St Johnstone? Incidents where Partick Thistle, Kilmarnock & there like have become commonplace in recent seasons - wouldn't have been tolerated in years gone by. I've seen plenty of evidence where they rise above that, just so happens there is a need to stand up for themselves from time to time also. Not all the 'Bois' fault, as in any grouping, there will be hangers on, perhaps an unsavoury element - they can only self police so much. Some valid points raised by some, many not so valid & just false. I would hope those who read them, take the positives & perhaps act on them.

    Away Crowds

Wow. Just, wow. More sinister things afoot in the queue for the pie stall methinks. I say we should move the kiosks to the far end of the East Stand and keep all the intimidating shenanigans in the one area.
  16. That lack of activity may well have saved the club though...
  17. You've got to admit, upstaging Baraclough in splitting support so early in his tenure would've taken some doing. Surpassed with flying colours.
  18. Fast becoming the best fullback we've never had this one... Questionable off field performance, hasn't ousted Josh Law under 3 managers. Actions speak loudest methinks.
  19. Oh! Oh! They'll be somebody along just shortly to make you see the error of your ways, you know, the 'totally misunderstands the whole concept of being a supporter'...
  20. That's crass Mr W, even in the uber fan debate we get on here. Just over 3,700 there today, so, there are plenty voting with their feet. When the product on the park doesn't befit the support given off it (that's before our current incumbent's divisive antics) - it's easy to drift away.
  21. Mind, offloading deadwood doesn't mean monies in the coffers or freeing space in an inflated squad size... Necessary measures.
  22. Granted, it's rarely well executed at ours... The 4-5-1 formation doesn't mean you aren't set up in an attacking sense like some on here would have you believe.
