  1. Well, visiting and flat hunting in Sheffield as we speak would say 'advanced' stage... Just to add for the misty eyed - Porter walked out of Brammall Lane at 2.10 yesterday.

    Aberdeen

Top 'team' performance. I only made the second half (didn't want to crow 'em, so prayed for no more goals in second half). Sponsors man of the match announced with 75 minutes on the clock said it all... "Kau mu tagasi tasku" to Mark Reynolds as he took his bow I'll bet.
  3. How long do we hold onto Nicky Law?
  4. Know him personally likes? It's about improving our current lot no? In my inability to multiquote... Fair points well made by both Well 4 Europe and weeyin. I'd tend to go with "Don't actually think he would come but I'd love to have him at Fir Park".
  5. Deary me, why wouldn't you want a player of his ability at the club? Given, the transfer policy of late has tipped a nod to versatility above everything else, his experience could prove vital to the development of messrs Carswell & Hetherington and he's capable of credible leadership on the pitch which has been missing most of the season... Ticks all boxes for me in the short-term. And while I'm on - still in the mix at Chrimbo when we are not playing well according to others... Imagine where we'll be when we hit peak form?
  6. Engineering works in many areas, especially on the East coast. My bonus shift on the Perth lines at Cowie could be a right bonus as I hope to factor the match in! As for their predicted 5,000? For a crowd who visits us who are mainly (outwith cup fixtures) central belt based? Would make for some atmosphere mind...
  7. Disagree with his assessment of not missing Nicky Law, but, raising the questionable performance of our full backs is correct in my opinion. Hammell has been poor for a long, long time As for Hateley... I suspected he was carrying on through a knock, but, no excuses for his latest appearance.
  8. With a doft of my cap to the current groundstaff, given the sterling work done of late, I'd expect zero issues. Pittodrie looked in terrible condition the other week, doubtful Scotland's rugger efforts solely to blame the week previous either. Expecting big performances all round. As long as the players lead on the pitch the crowd will follow... not onto the pitch I may add
  9. He called me singing his praises at the first goal, so, no explosion unless he's came in his y-fronts.
  10. As I've had pointed out by more than one today... It was the signature move of Allan McGregor, doubt he'd be castigated in similar fashion. For the record, Vincent Lunny wanks alsatian dugs.
  11. I'll be livid if the club don't fight this.
  12. Stay at home and play with yer tadger, I don't want my weekend wasted just because you went to Fir park for entertainment...
  13. Nicky Law for me, he was at the heart of everything we done. Big difference when we're not asking him to do his best work facing our goal. Top team performance mind, onwards and upwards.
  14. C'mon steelboy. Analysis? The floor is yours...
  15. Not long home. Reckoned somebody would be on the end of a shoeing from us, although, not today. Scoring when you're on top is key and the difference of late and why we 've loitered around mid table rather than striking out near the top. Great team performance and a platform to build on to take us towards the new year. Content tonight.
  16. Eh? So by your admission you're credible? Condescending. Prick
  17. The fella at our coach hirer... "I've 2 buses stuck in the snow at Newmains and you want me to take you to Inverurie?" "Hell Yeah" the reply. They got us there with no problems and we had it right off. Don't think I've been as brahms and liszt at a football match as I was that night.
  18. Lasley. Country mile. That's all.
  19. I await steelboys' analysis wth relish... For me? He's victim of the poor interpretation of the rules by officials more than he is the culprit.
