It's not quite a clean slate but with some players moving on already and a good fee for miller almost certainly incoming then there should be enough scope for the new manager to make the changes that's required.no harm to any of the guys that are out of contract that might yet stay but I hope none of them do.
That's 2 names linked in the last couple of days after pretty much silence since wimmer left, now that the scotland games are out the way the media needs something else to talk about and it looks like there just chucking names about to fill there headlines.
I can't see any teams up here wanting adams after his outburst before he left county and that's not taking into account that he's a shite manager to start with.
Sneddon was decent in his limited appearances but I wouldn't be fussed either way if he stays or goes,I hope we don't see any of the rest return as it would be a backwards move and will limit any progress that were able to make.
I would have preferred casey to stay over mcginn and odonnell but if he did it would have been an even less of a chance to improve our poor defence but now we have a space in the team and a wage to hopefully bring in someone that can make us better.good luck to dan wherever he ends up.
There was nothing to be gained last night by playing the likes of mcginn and gilmour,we all know what they can offer.its a friendly at home to Iceland and the manager doesn't have the balls to move away from a team selection that's hardly won a game in about 2 years.hes a safety first manager that's only legacy will be finding eligible forwards that all turn out to be shite.if we have any ambitions of qualifying for the next tournament then he can't be in charge,he's a dinosaur that doesn't even have a plan a.no wonder the game in this country is a laughing stock and won't ever get above the mediocre with clarke and carver in charge and then you see the likes of Pressley and kettlewell getting jobs.
Clarke has had his day and should have gone after the euros.its the same old same old and you can see players are going backwards under him.any manager that says he won't experiment in friendly games should be chased.
There fans are raging at that.pressley back in the game and kettlewell to Killie,it really does show zero imagination in they appointments.if we can get semi competent manager in then we are a step ahead of those two clubs before a ball is kicked.
What stats, winning games in the league below, neilson gets binned every club he's been at,I'm not saying there's going to be a queue of quality candidates to pick from but there really isn't any excuse to be settling for someone like robbie neilson.
