we were linked with owain fon williams again on 1 of the transfer rumours sites whether theres anything in it who knows.the partick thistle keeper is meant to have 2 offers from spl clubs i wouldny be surprised if were 1 of them.if ruddys no a possibility i would take ian turner off everton he might jump at the chance to come back to scotlan
-
i really thought hately was gonna leave so im chuffed hes staying and a 3 year deal is a great bit of business by the club
-
is jack ross still being linked with us.i hope hes no one of the out of contract spl players browns after
-
wasnt burma one of milkys many other names or is he still banged up in the nick
-
were gonna be woefully short of players again this summer with ruddy, duke, obrien, reynolds definately going.jennings couldny have resigned yet although some of the papers reported he had and its gone pretty quiet on hateley and coke staying even hateley is in the papers the day saying hes no sure wits happening
-
wit amount of money do the club roughly make in total fae season tickets and the well fans that patg
-
im sure it will be reynolds last game at fir park for us hes been a good player for us and the times right for him to move on so i hope he gets a good move over the summer and makes the club a nice bit of money.could probably be around 4 or 5 players playing there last home game for us the morra night
-
im sure the forfar game was the last penalty shoot out 2003 i think that was.what year was it alloa put us out the league cup on penalties
-
same here mate i canny mind the last time i was looking forward to a game as much.i know some non well fans that are going as well as four well fans that canny afford to go anymore so fingers crossed theres a big crowd on the night
-
anything fae this game was always gonna be a bonus and with hibs losing earlier the pressure with off us a bit to get a result.we shouldny dwell on this result wednesday is the big one we all want european football again so lets get right behind the team fae the moment they come out the tunnel and roar them onto clinching 4th place
-
do celtic play rangers the midweek after we play them hopefully the rest a few players against us if thats the case
-
cracking result that will surely see us finish 5th at worst.the whole team played there part but well done to fraser on keeping a clean sheet and that was giles cokes best game for a while.saunders impressed again hopefully brown keeps him at right back rather than sign the likes of jack ross
-
the pitch is a fuckin disgrace and hateley or any other players have the right to slag it off as there the ones that make there living playing on it.i dont see how a professional footballer asking for a decent surface to play on is asking for demands they shouldny be
-
good choice of oppositon cause sunderland will probably bring a pretty big support up with them
-
great to see hutchison back playing hopefully this time hes over his injury problems.he definately looked the part when he played earlier in the season and with reynolds likely to leave in the summer its good that we have a ready made replacement already at the club
-
is this guy hamiltons answer to milky
-
shite stadium, your support is equal to that of a second division team, never won fuck all, never been in europe do i need to go on .well fans dont regard your lot as our derby so away and see if dougie imries needin his arse wiped
-
with both hearts and hibs hopefully losing to the old firm over the weekend this is a must win game for us if we want to make 4th place.if everyone is fit id go with the same team as tuesday with sutton through the middle with the duke.united will be without there first choice full backs so if murphy and o'brien are on top form playing wide that could give us a good chance for the win.ill go for a nervy 2-1 victory with sutton and murphy on target
-
great to see us trying to retain as many players on new contracts as we can.hopefully jennings and hateley will be next as both have been outstanding for much of the season.with these new deals plus the fact we have a couple of players on trial its good to see broonys puttin the work in and planning for next season already
-
somewhere around £10-£15 is about right for a spl game.i know a few well fans that used to be regulars but over the last couple of seasons have hardly set foot in fir park due to the cost.our core support seems to be dropping and itll only get worse if the prices continue the way they have been.we should be doing everything we can to try and get the next generation of fans through the gates.id like to see us give away say 1000 vouchers to different primary schools that would allow the child and a parent in for a £10 that way we could potentially put 2000 onto the gate and the club to make a bit extra that they wouldny normally make and the only expense the club would have to pay for is the cost of printing the vouchers and maybe take on a extra few stewards.we had about 400 falkirk fans sitting in a 4000 capacity stand last week we could easily look to fill that up with school kids and discounts for familys.now is the time for something to be done before its to late
-
i agree with that mate weve always been pretty suspect at corners from as long as i can remember
-
im no making a big deal about it mate i just think with the defence we have we would be better off having a goalkeeper thats about ruddys size.i still wouldny say no to casillas right enough
-
for me you either need a dominant goalie or 2 big centre halves that will be solid when the ball comes into the box.our defence isny the biggest so we definately need a big keeper for next season thats nothin against fraser who looks like a goalie that needs his centre halves to get the ball away rather than come for it himself.fraser was a bit shaky at times with cross balls and i thought he was a bit at fault for celtics second cause he sort of came for the cross and then stepped back.it was poor defending all round for both goals but you canny blame the keeper for defenders losing the guys they should be marking
-
i like to go to as many away games as possible but there was no way i was forkin out £25 for a game thats on the tele its just no worth it.fair play to the couple of hundred well fans that went though
