I think he's done ok this season, especially early on but his confidence looks shot,you can see as soon as he gets the ball,his first instinct is to get rid of it.

There's not one good thing about this team,it's all hit and hope and pass the buck.

Like you,I don't believe we are running on empty,it probably just looks that way cause we give possession away at will then stand off the opposition and let them do what they like,having a midfield that has zero pace or energy is really hampering us.

It looks like the goalie from norwich will be signed in time for tomorrow whatever happens.its frustrating that whenever we get players back we immediately pick up more injuries.

Exactly you dont need the majority of possession to affect how the game pans out but what the actual plan is when we have the ball is anybody's guess.its been hoof ball since the start of the season so why have we ended up with a mish mash of everything but a target man,hitting long balls up to the forwards we have is never going to work,we then don't have any energy or pace in midfield to squeeze the game up when we do hit it long.i don't expect to be entertained with silky football and 3 and 4 goals every week but at the same time I don't want to be bored rigid to the point where it feels like going and watching us is a chore.tonight is a game I normally would have went too but after being at tynecastle I gladly gave it a miss.

There's no way we can start this game with just two midfielders like we did tonight.

That was even worse than tynecastle but could be an important point come the end of the season so we take it and move on.

There is no tactics or style of play,it is literally punt the ball into the opposition half so it isn't anywhere near our goal and hope we capitalise on a mistake,it's stuff you see at boys club level.i thought we had seen it all at ross county,where we started with 3 centre half's,wing backs not getting forward,2 defensive midfielders and hoofing it up to stama but today was just as bad.kettlewell for whatever reason seems to make the game a lot harder than it needs to be,we essentially play in a league where there is 10 teams that are of a similar level,there really is no need for the over the top negative pish that's on offer from us.

Not just today but kettlewell is happy with a point before a ball is kicked and has little intention of going for three and then has zero answers when things go wrong,we often hear of no plan b but what exactly is plan a ?.there is not one area of the team that is remotely functioning at a competent level,were back to conceding piss poor goals on a weekly basis,miller aside you couldn't make a decent midfield out of the rest of them,nothing has clicked up front as it's just a mish mash of options.that was dreadful today and certainly not worth getting out my sick bed to go and watch.

Hearts have been dire all season but won't have had an easier half that that, absolutely shocking from us so far.

Like I said earlier in the thread for two professional teams to serve a game like that up is an embarrassment,sadly there's 10 teams in the league that all want too play the same way,kick it as far away from your own goal as possible and hope to capitalise on a mistake at the other end,there's zero enjoyment watching us at the minute.even miller seems to be happy to just chip the ball forward into space now rather than keep it and find a team mate like he was doing earlier in the season.

Piss poor for two professionals team to serve up that crap,we couldn't string two passes together all game,take the point and move on.ive said it before about that referee,he's out the willie collum mould where he loves to be the centre of attention with the whistle in his gub every 10 seconds,if we don't get that card overturned then the game really is down the toilet.
