So is it his form at Bristol that makes him good or are we still swallowing the sales pitch from 2010 - he played for celtic he must be good (despite the celtic fans who watched him very much insisting that he isnt). Just like Sevco they are the only full time club in their league , they should have won the league out the park and had they done nothing in the cups I don't think they would have given him it. He was a worthy winner

Behave yourself Roly , Higdon better than Coyne ?? Im a huge Higdon fan and shudder to think where we would have been without him this season , certainly not second. Coyne however in over 500 games spanning 20 years had a 1:2 and and a bit games ratio at club level and a 1 :3 and a bit games at International level (first pick striker at the '94 world cup while a Motherwell player) , not bad considering in the 3 or 4 years after he left us he never scored many at all. Coyne was a class above and theres no shame on Higdon for that.

Not really sure why you posted that mate, simple point I'm making is it would be nice to think the club were a little more proactive in extending contracts at the right time or moving players on if they have 6 months/1year left and have no intention of resigning! Appreciate that sometimes keeping players can help us move up the league, but it's frustrating over the last few years to watch good players walk away for nowt, surely we can be sticking players on 1 yr extensions with the understanding that if a club moves in and they fancy it, then we will let them go, bit of protection for both parties and what's better is we won't even need to hypnotize them

I obviously meant FS+ , the only channel that shows SPL in the USA. It shows every live game we get here from Sky and ESPN and even Alba on occassion this season as you probably know , if not live than later in the week on delay. At the time the St Johnstone game is kicking off at ill be surprised if its not shown live. A sports bar in NY is bound to have it on if he is that bothered he'll find it. PS Its a damn sight less than Sky sports is here to get FS+ on dishondemand over there.
