  1. I can't make it on Saturday but if I can give a donation I will. My family have lost two people to suicide in the last three generations - both male. Well done to the people organising.
  2. Personally the injury to Calum Butcher shows as far as I'm concerned that professional football shouldn't be played on plastic pitches. Really unfair on the other teams who do have grass pitches as well. Apparently the reason that Livi have the plastic pitch is because of drainage issues at their stadium and because they don't have the finances to maintain a grass pitch.
  3. Aw fuck. Hope Ward comes good. Hopefully not as bad an injury as they fear
  4. I just put my name into chat gpt on here - they referred to me as friendly honest and a bit cheeky - a bit! Sacrilege. I'm clearly losing my touch
  5. As far as I'm aware they aren't upgrading their surface just now. Martindales comments seem to be about the proposed changes next year which he's opposed to
  6. The ban comes into force in 26/27
  7. Type in an ode to Callum Slattery - it's hilarious
  8. Did Wimmer have knowledge of the Scottish game? And surely JBA has played in the UK as a footballer? Wimmer also won games with players he didn't sign, as have other managers
  9. According to some fans on pie and bov they felt Watt was dropped too quickly by Simo and he looked decent when he did play
  10. I missed that - I think that seems fair enough if it were ever to be implemented.
  11. I'll delete my post. I wasn't trying to criticise you. Was just an observation. Nothing more than that.
  12. Surely there has to be something that aligns people who paid 300 quid for life membership to the people who pay every month.
  13. Aye. Must have been crocked on his first game
  14. I understand. I also see Bustas point of view. Maybe people who paid 300 quid back in the day should contribute again, but no one can force it. Apologies that I interpreted your post incorrectly - I'm clearly stupid - but I can live with that I have zero issue with people who paid lump sum back in the day - because it's been my choice to pay into and I can stop my subs at any time. I'm not envious of people who got a better deal than me as it were
  15. It's not been changed though has it. The folk who paid the lump sum still have voting rights
  16. I joined four years too late clearly - story of my life 🤣 Going to clarify and say I did not have 25k spare at that point in time or this point in time
  17. One game for Motherwell apparently
  18. We had a year with the option of another which the club chose not to take up
  19. I think they have it well addressed in the stuff they've sent out to be fair. I'll just need to read it a bit more closely. No I don't think you can join for life these days I have read it a couple of times but it's a bit wordy so I'll need to go back to it. I think the biggest issue tbh is apathy. People not voting on certain proposals
  20. Surely this has to be about aligning the people who paid a lump sum for life membership and who aren't contributing any more with the people who are contributing monthly - and also so that there isn't a situation where people join en masse to get voting rights on certain issues. I suppose it's just about putting everyone on an equal footing - and I get that some people have paid in thousands - so if some people have more benefits than me it doesn't bother me at all
  21. I understand. Tbh the well society weren't really on my radar at that point in time but I joined as soon as I could White mostly
  22. Im not upset at all. My personal circumstances when I took the membership out in 2017 was that a payment every month suited me (because I was broke) - but I've tripled my payment since I signed up even though I'm not paying a fortune still. Maybe only slightly upset that I could have paid 300 quid and had more money left over for wine (joking).
  23. So basically at the outset if someone paid 300 pounds in a one off payment they got life membership? If I'm wrong someone can correct me
  24. We got 300k in compensation due to the fact that he was developed by Motherwell Just asked he who knows more than me - my brother and he said he thinks we will be due something but not a massive amount
  25. Killie have signed about five players to date I think. We've signed no one. Wasn't expecting us to to be fair given our manager situation
