  1. Don't know what's happened to me wine probably 🤣
  2. We need three points from 9 games to be safe I think - we'll be fine
  3. I didn't think we were going to be automatically relegated but was worried over where we might end up if we didn't start picking up wins
  4. Don't think we need to worry about the play offs. We are 9 points clear and other teams will drop points
  5. He would not be due any pay off if he quit.
  6. I don't think he will. It's obvious he had run out of ideas
  7. I'm really sad and it's got nothing to do with Kettlewell. It's bloody hard being a well fan. I've spent so many years buying season tickets when I've been poor. It would just be great to have a season where we weren't worrying This is not a criticism of anyone. Not an equal league either
  8. 🤣🤣 I'll defend to the end that he gets called Luke
  9. Me too. But I think it's time to let it go. We've moved on and like I said previously I I'll always be grateful that he kept us up for two seasons. That's it. Also. Maybe he over egged the abuse he got but he did get abuse. Possibly there were so many factors in him leaving. Being someone who was working too many hours Maybe Wimmer is just better than Ketts. I was in the pod stand for the Ross County game and some of the abuse that was shouted at Frail and the team was unreal. If folk think Kettlewell wasn't abused - I'd say otherwise
  10. I was at the county game and we were honking. It hurts my heart to say this but SK took us as far as he could Obviously SK had gone before that game but we were actually the better team for long spells but couldn't score. I do think if Ketts had stayed we would have been in trouble. Something clearly wasn't working. He lost confidence and so did the players
  11. Tbh. I don't think it matters now. I was a huge Kettlewell fan as most people know and even if people are cheesed off still with his interviews he did the right thing for him and the club I do think we would have struggled. Because it wasn't working for Sk
  12. He's not very articulate. Just said the same to my brother
  13. Agree. I'll personally always be grateful to SK for keeping us up two seasons in a row. But its good to see players who were written off as being rubbish actually performing
  14. That was brilliant. Miller Slattery Sparrow for the second goal
  15. I think the confidence had gone and it might have been different had we not lost against St Johnstone I think we would have struggled to get tenth and I wouldn't have fancied our chances in a play off I was at the Ross County game and it was dire and when we got beat by Utd I feared the worst but - today showed what it was all about. Tom Sparrow scoring at Ibrox - brilliant
  16. That's just a typical day for me - as one of my old bosses said you can take the lassie out of Motherwell but you can't take Motherwell out of the lassie
  17. I actually still can't quite get my head around it. I had phone problems today so I put my laptop on and then I was looking on here and saw the score. Then with about ten minutes to go I met my mum and she was like - hope Motherwell hang on - squeaky bum time. I think potentially what we need to take from this is that we don't need to fear anyone Looking at you St Mirren
  18. Can you not just call him Luke 🤣🤣🤣 Im really pleased for him. I was at the Ross County game - hospitality and he came in to present someone with an award and he looked absolutely devastated that we had lost. Like proper gutted.
  19. My brother said 3-5 points when I asked him tonight but I think three would do given that other results will go for us at some point
  20. I think we could too. I like what I've seen so far. On reflection the utd game just came too soon after he was appointed
  21. Sure they've played it before at Fir Park this season.
  22. His exact words were - the ball came off the Motherwell player - that should stand.
