I agree. Id be happy to keep both SOD and McGinn. Bevis is the one I think needs to go.

I also personally think that clean sheets don't matter that much. Livi Ross County and St Johnstone had more clean sheets than us but we finished higher. And Kelly was outstanding for us in a couple of big games. When we beat Rangers and the draw at Parkhead. His clean sheet stats were much better for us in previous seasons. So clearly the dip in form for the defence must have contributed.

I assume though that Kelly will be going there as back up. And even if Motherwell did want him to stay and offered him new terms we can't compete with their wages. I actually don't think he's a bad keeper. He's just lost confidence this season like a lot of players did.

Kettlewell also rates him highly so I don't see him going anywhere unless he turns the offered terms down.

I don't think that would be a pre contract given that his contract with us is up at the end of May.

I didn't see anyone dragging Miller down last season.

It was made clear in January Halliday would be signing a permanent deal in the summer. Don't see how retaining him would be any huge surprise.

So he's going to make a docuseries that's going to magically increase the value of his production company. To a far greater level than the money he's investing in us. But he's not investing in us - he's getting the club for free? (No he's not). BTW. He's a multi millionaire - I don't think he needs to do a docuseries on Motherwell fc to get him a few more quid in the bank. 🙄

Who on P and B knows this information? Is it from journalists. I believe Graeme McGarry posts on there if I'm right and he was saying yesterday that Kelly hadnt been offered a contract. Edited to say just read that Barry posted it on his Instagram

To be honest with you. I think we could all go on about Stuart Kettlewell overthinking. It will make zero difference to how he picks his team. He saved us when Hammell and the club parted ways and we are still in the Spl. Yes he's made mistakes but so do other managers. I like him. I like his honesty. He's never hidden away from the press. Im not a football manager thank god and it's very easy to criticise when we aren't in that position. And fans obviously do have the right to their point of view because they are the ones who turn up week in and week out.
