Apologies if this has been already posted. Having not seen the penalty kick, can anyone confirm that no Motherwell player entered the penalty area before Sutton struck the ball. If so... the rules regarding penalty kicks seems to indicate we were robbed.

I wondered about this as well. Lets not forget PSL like any business are are out to make money. If they have little or no Canterbury merchandise to sell in the forth coming season that can only spell disaster. If it all goes tits up I hope we can get another kit supplier asap. It seems the team will continue to wear Canterbury kits but when the shop clears any remaining CCC replica stock who knows what will happen.

I'm not sure how the PSL/Motherwell thing works but I hope something gets sorted out soon. Looking like Countdown to Canterbury should have read Countdown to Administration.

It may well turn out to be an expensive mistake. I only hope we can get something sorted regarding stock for the shop or the shelves will be looking pretty bare during the coming season.

So it would appear if that is the case we have trusted Canterbury without doing the necessary credit checks. If that is the case we have only ourselves to blame and I can only hope we get delivery of our players match away kit before the season starts. As for supplies of replica kit it's not looking too promising. Ah well another enforced change of supplier appears to be on the cards.

Maybe we should go down the Kille route and make our own. (Assuming we pass the credit check!)

Do we not do credit checks before we agree any deals? I'm no expert but surely this would have flagged up any potential problems regarding cash flow. Maybe someone with a better knowledge on credit checks could enlighten me.

My workmate is good friends with Patrick and he has just heard that he has signed for Partick Thistle. I like wee Tommy but I think the job needs a younger manager. I would welcome him back in some sort of supporting role to the new boss but I doubt we would have the cash available for yet another wage. The new manager would probably bring in his own backroom staff and there would be no money to bring back Tommy.
