Team was out of puff after all the increased efforts required to run the best two teams ,probably three, in the league very very close . With injurys meaning not much room for squad rotation or respite for regular team members. That with a marginal sending off of a key player and an abomination of a shitty pitch ,which we have never played well on . Outcome in second half , with 10 men was inevitable . Brilliant performance in the second half especially really enjoyed the game . End to end stuff. Gutted about the result but to blame SK for anything is pretty poor , he set up the team well and nearly pulled it off. If it had ended 1-1 all the posts would have been about how well we played. Remember how much money that Celtic team cost compared to us. Sometimes a bit of perspective is needed. But i do get a laugh at some of the post tho.

From what iv seem of Bair hes has been improving every leauge game . Started off he was buggered by first half then lasted a bit longer every game after that, he covers a lot of ground every game from upfront to back defending, played well at Tynecastle especially and has some nice touches as well . He is just a bit shy when faced with his chances, that may come . The manager has got him up past the total shite we were lead to believe he was when he signed, so he must be going somewhere in the right direction. On an other point . KVV was not the ultimate goal machine for a long spell , after a good start loads of comments saying he was lazy , and no sharp enough . He also missed many glaring chances for a fair spell. People seem to forget about these bad performances and say they always knew he was a good one .

At some point in his career he didn’t. You’ve got to start somewhere.

How can you legislate for our outstanding forward signing getting crocked for 3months after his second game . I would rally like to know what your thinking. Hindsight is a great thing that managers don’t have but all us forum members have in abundance.

St Mirren were well organised , fouled at every opportunity and got behind the ball to stop us in front of goal,they played well for 15 minutes in the second half and scored. We played nice and missed our chances. We still desreved at least a point tho. But starting to moan about the quality of signings again after our first league defeat is pretty pants after all we are still third.
