  1. I actually had the thought this morning that this image of Fadinger might be a bit of a hint for the new kit. That would tie in a little with what you're saying
  2. Who cares if he's any good or fits what we're looking for, his postcode is nearby. If that's the attitude we take I'll be after a refund on my season ticket.
  3. If we're using the same data metrics to appoint a manger as we did with Wimmer Neilson won't be anywhere near it.
  4. In a choice between Seddon or Thompson, Thompson should be 3rd on the list.
  5. Here's hoping. Seddon, Casey and, at a push, Ebiye are the only ones we should be considering keeping on.
  6. Queen's Park and Spartans would be home games. Ideally we want Queens Park from pot 2. By far the worst team in that group. (We'll get Morton because we always do) Pot 3 I'd take anyone but ideally a trip to Inverness, Alloa, QOTS or Stenny Pot 4 Dumbarton or Spartans at home. Pot 5 Away to anyone but Clyde or EK, thanks. Brechin, Brora, Stranraer, Forfar, Bonnyrigg, Stirling - in that order.
  7. His Dundee team conceded over 130 in 2 seasons. No ta.
  8. Norway brought in VAR, but similar to us are scunnered with it. Their top flight clubs voted earlier this year to get rid of it from next season, but the vote then failed when it had to be ratified by the lower league clubs and they bizarrely voted to keep it in place - even though they don't use VAR outside the top flight.
  9. Hopefully we have a wee word in Ronan Hale's ear on Sunday to join us if County go down. It wouldn't be terrible if we could get Noah Chilvers from them as well
  10. It was/is only their money that is lost until they then want it repaid.
  11. Sportsound are reporting it'll be a foreign manager but that it's not Ketsbaia.
  12. I thought Wright had moved to St Johnstone from England, so aye that's fair enough. Stephen Kenny, Pat Fenlon and Ian Baraclough were the names I had in mind, all pretty terrible. St Mirren had the guy Kearney for about 3 months who kept them up in the play-offs then left to go back to being a PE teacher. Don't know if he's viewed as a success or not.
  13. Just about every manager that's moved here from the Irish leagues has been a total disaster. I'm struggling to even think of 1 success? Our signings from there have been pretty poor as well. Blaney being the most "successful" says a lot.
  14. McBookie take bets but they close it down at around 4/5pm every day and it re-open it again at about 9/10am.
  15. That's the exact reason the club know they can come out with the sort of shit they have this week and keep treating fans like shit in general - they know we'll keep piling our money in through the turnstiles regardless. The club won't give a fuck about your Well Society payment so long as you still turn up on a Saturday and hand over your cash. There's only 1 way to break that cycle. I completely missed them making an argument about the 3rd kit.
  16. That's fair enough but they don't run the club day-to-day. The best way to make the point and pulling any funding would be to stop buying any tickets/tell them you won't be renewing your season ticket?
  17. The Well Society wouldn't have been the ones guiding the club's reaction to anything this week, so not sure what cancelling that direct debit achieves.
  18. Ryan Lowe, Steven Schumacher, Ian Evatt, Van Der Gaag or the random mad Swede who appeared on the bookies list from nowhere please.
  19. Lennon will be another version of Alexander. He'll come in and gradually fall out with everyone over the space of 18 months - 2 years and leave the place a complete disaster behind him. Oh, and he threatened to have his partner stabbed. So there is that. We shouldn't be entertaining the idea of him even in the slightest.
  20. Yep, and rightly so. But someone who hated us wouldn't go out their way to apply twice.
  21. It's not their job to come up with names, what difference would that make? Imrie can't hate us that much, he's applied for the job twice before.
  22. It's taller than the floodlights by 10metres, that's almost by an extra 1/3 - and they are at least part of an existing building/structure. This mast will sit behind the Stand completely on its own and it basically the height the South Stand would be if it had a 3rd tier on it, it's fucking huge. It'll likely need an aircraft warning light installed on top of it. Clearly wherever they put it it's going to be visible but there must be a corner of somewhere like Eurocentral or Ravenscraig where it is far enough away from any housing and some sort of attempt could be made to hide it in amongst some trees or something so as not to become a nuisance to the residents and be such an obvious eyesore.
  23. They have owned both houses closest to the stand at various times though never both houses at the same time. Most recently they owned the 2nd closest house but that was sold to one of the directors when we went into administration.
