lets be honest even if it was a 6 year deal.. we would still get new strips next season. although as long as it's puma we will be alright with the sponsorless ones.
I am not going to knock the club on this or leanne. She gave us the position as it was, can't really blame her if something happens and the deal doesn't go ahead. at least she never named who it was then she would look really silly.
A six figure one year deal sounds good to me, i am sure the untouchables was 100 grand for 2/3 years if that much.

p.s. i am sure the Hup Lee would have offered more....

If people are complaining about an extra fiver, just wait until we get the group games... it'll be £25-£30 per game for that.
I can see peoples points about the extra £5 and removing the OAP's price (which is really strange) but this is the "play off" round of the competition so £20 is more that acceptable a price for this esp when you take the prices Utd and Celtic are charging.
I am sure if we can bring them back with a chance of going through, Fir Park will be packed like the Nancy game.
It would be nice to get the clubs thinking behind this increase though, sraight after they tell us about the sponsor.

I thought Aaselunds could a hell of a lot better team if it wasn't for the Big chap up front. They looked neat and tidy, good passing moves and then the punt into the box that 9/10 missed him or he was outjumped.
It was a bit like us with McFadden, we just gave him the ball to do it himself cause he was so good. they just pump it to him due to his hight.

I'll take them, the glamour ties can come in the group stages.
Instead of we're all going on a European tour... we're all going on a Scandinavian tour

it's the most winnable game. not saying it will be easy but out of who we could have got this is the best

DON'T PANIC, DON'T PANIC...it's all a ploy to get Casa to sign for a few quid less.
Seriously who believes everything that is said to the press?? I am sure the club aren't telling the press everything. I don't think they would have reduced the budget in 2 weeks, with 3 games played and at least 1 more to go. Or did the flight to Norway really cost that much???
I am sure win or not there will be at least 1 extra player in before the start of the season and a few loans to supplement the squad to.

seems hammerfist was right about the come and get me plea from utaka to rangers all we need is casagolda holding a well scarf declaring his undying love for Motherwell
that story came from this thread!!!

fair amount of chances in the game. Murphy's goal was very well taken and you could see from Saunders reaction it was a pen.
hatley's effort looked good, Hammell's would have been a peach and was a cracking save from the keeper.

got my ticket today and there was just over a 1000 sold. an away victory would increase that a fair bit

this one mentioned target.... not stand or motherwell cross. <_>
-
Effort on goal by Chris Humphrey from just inside the box goes harmlessly over the target.
he is getting closer....
-
sounds like hammell is playing up front with the amount of shots he has had.
-
really hope this lad signs... and is half as good as he is made out to be.
-
the big lad seems to have taken a dislike to Randolf, fair few fouls he has conceeded

you need to change your proxy to 91.189.182.2 port 3128 then on sumo you need a password that has to be paid.

sounds like a cracking start to the game, both teams having chances

Gutted that he isn't coming back but good luck the guy.
As others have said, you will go a long way to find someone with his commitment to a loan club, is would have been so easy for him after Sutton nearly made him into a woman to sit back and relax let it heal and then come back, but he wanted to play right after it. then at the end of the season we all saw how he hobbled about the park after the Hibs game and then to play again on the sunday.
He will be remembered for that goal and rightly so, but for me it was his whole attitude the time he was here.
good luck Juke, hope everything works out for you.
