  1. Just fired my details into the ballot. With regards to the additional charges for using a debit/credit card and postage, I presume that once your name is plucked out the ballet you have the option of turning up at the office to pay cash and therefore negate the charges?
  2. I'm pretty sure the 3-0 win in 91 was the first team i'd been to see us play Rangers. At the time, Ireally thought we were the best team kicking about in Scotland. Daftly confident about Saturday. While Rangers usually win when they need to win, their creative players seem to be running on empty at the moment. At the same time though, I'm well aware that we are due to be brought back down to earth with a bump.
  3. I look forward to Hampden being 2/3s empty when we got up to lift the Cup.
  4. Income would be lost imo. Such an offer would only attract those who are inclined to buy a ST.
  5. Tremendous comeback, much more worthwhile exercise than a run of the mill victory. Wee niggling fear however that Sutton may just have moved a step closer to a move to Hearts.
  6. 4 weeks today is what it's all about.
  7. Usually keep an eye on how the Under 19s are progressing but completely lost track this season due to lack of updates.
  8. Given that the seating plan is already there for you, a Claret & Amber saltire in the West Stand would be the most straightforward imo and look tremendous. Nae idea how much a card display would cost though.
  9. Tremendous platform to build upon.
  10. Are Celtic likely to get all of the North Stand aye?
  11. Fuck any chat of Union Jacks. I'm sure there will be a notable flurry of saltires amidst a seas of Claret & Amber.
  12. Maguire was flying for a few months when Craig Brown arrived. Murphy's a better player but I guess the timing of his inconsistency has cost him a nomination on this occassion. Hooper should walk ypoty. Izaguirre would be my poty.
  13. SPL must be banking on either us going out the Cup or the league being decided before the last game of the season.
  14. I'll not get to FP until Friday. I'd be surprised if we take less than 8,000.
  15. Part of me hopes we get beat this Saturday in order to prevent folk getting carried away.. In my time supporting Motherwell, St Johnstone have twice done us in Scottish Cup Quarter Finals at FP and in both occasions we were overwhelming favourites. This game can easily go either way. A lot hinges on who wants it the most and who handles the occasion best. Recent semi-final performances from QoS and Ross County should stop anyone getting ahead of themselves. With regards St Johnstone, is Jody Morris back for them yet? Anyway, really looking forward to the game. Really refreshing going to Hampden knowing that your experience won't be blighted by the presence of the Old Firm.
  16. Hearts season is all but finished. Tough decision for McCall but we could really do with resting our key men. Hampden is not a nice place to go to with tired legs. I think we could manage a point with a few of the fringe players in the team.
  17. If he goes on to have another blinding season but doesn't sign a contract extension he would be worth less money next summer than just now.
  18. Randolph is where the money is and this summer will be the optimal time to sell him.
  19. Outstanding run of results. Well done Motherwell.
  20. First natural right back in many years. If he can get his fitness up to scratch, his distribution and positional sense could be a major boost to the development of Chris Humphrey.
  21. Bang on the money and plenty of folk have seen through him for donkeys years. I was delighted when he originally came to the club as he had the credentials to steady a club in turmoil but never for a second did I have an ounce of trust in him. Truth be told, if Broon had got his way he would have overseen Lennon at Parkhead this season. He's a rat who's media profile benefited greatly from going missing after running the national team into the ground.
  22. Raith Rovers allocation this time last year: South Stand: I4, I5 and I6 - £25.00 South Stand: I3 - £22.00 North Stand: D2, D3 and D4 - £18.00 North Stand: D1 (Adult and Child) - £15.00 and £5.00 Child under 16, up to 4 per Adult. While the fans were still split at least the East & West were closed. I suspect Aberdeen and Celtic weren't wiling for Motherwell/Saints fans to be allocated £18 and family tickets in the North/South. Bonkers!
  23. He was on Radio Scotland the other week, talking about his journey since leaving Ibrox. Sounds a decent guy and came across very humble, pretty much admitted he was out his depth at Rangers. If he is relatively fit then he is a worthwhile option for us given our lack of a natural right back. Maybe he can score at Hampden for us this time.
