Time will tell but if the irresponsible backing of the manager over the summer is mirrored in the approach to physiotherapy, youth, scouting etc then I'm not overly optimistic of the final results. Increased community presence is welcome but it's far down the list of my priorities when the club as a business, has flirted with survival in recent years.

There is little evidence yet that the money loaned by the owner has been invested wisely in the areas you mention. The one area where we can draw judgement is the transfer market where we have been far from prudent and signed few players that are symbolic of an upgraded scouting system.

I don't know. Weir seemed to do a good job previously and we've yet to hear anything from our new directors. The likes of Burrows, McCafferty and Hutchison don't have the know-how. Ideally, the current debacle will see Les put the club up for sale.

Any frustration should be vented straight at Bara and the 'fans' that appointed him, promising a bright new dawn.

The lineup tonight suggests to me that he has possibly lost the dressing room and chucked it. Given the emphasis the club has put on cup-runs, there is no way Lasley, Skippy, Ainsworth and Moult should all be on the bench.

A manager with a bit of savvy who can deliver what he promotes. Baraclough came in and said all the right things but he hasn't came close to fulfilling any of his objectives. Infact many of his actions have contradicted his ethos.

It's been a textbook move from a professional bluffer. Embed a new structure and fill with new staff. Due to the inevitable consequences, it takes longer than usual to be dismissed for incompetence.

The culprits who hired him should also be getting the bullet. The incompetence spreads far wider than the coaching team.

Glad I avoided this one. Morton will do us on Tuesday and hopefully that's enough for the tax exile and McCafferty to take responsibility for their monumental fuck-up.
