  1. You wouldn't think so judging by the action on this forum. Playing well, a goal up against Hearts away.......fuck all to moan about.
  2. YAAAAASSSSSSSS. Brilliant from Spits and Slats
  3. Decent opening from us. Unlucky from Mugabe !
  4. Beat me to it. 1-1 h**s v Tims, 1-3 Hearts v Well.
  5. Ah right, another site I looked at said he'd made no appearances. Saw on their Fudbook page he has a broken wrist.
  6. Might be looking in the wrong places, but from what I can see, Cornelius hasn't kicked a baw at his new club. Edit - Just seen he has a broken wrist. I'll leave Grizzly to add the gags.....
  7. How long until a Scottish tabloid has him as favourite for the Hibs job ?
  8. I wonder if they were like the ones on here and said he was rotten before he played a game.
  9. Are MJC your initials or does it stand for Mad Judgmental Cunt ?
  10. I only saw the second half. Paton never stopped moving for the 45 mins. He was around our own box for passes out and around theirs for passes in. Great composure on the ball for the finish and massive credit to Spittal (another one our fans under-rate) for getting to the bye line to put the ball in.
  11. Particularly as he's 'shite', 'a lazy signing' and 'not SPL standard'.....
  12. YYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
  13. Hopefully a 'goal machine' like Esteban Casagolda
  14. Avoided coming on here yesterday post game cause I knew the degree of pant-wetting from the usual suspects would be painful. We were pish, simple as that. Davor sold the jerseys for the goal and was a mile off the pace. St Mirren looked a little better than us but still a very Robinson style team. Fight like fuck for the second ball. Once Miller came on, there was pretty much nothing in it between the two teams (i.e. they were as pish as us). Fact is, that outside the two arse cheeks, your team is not going to win every week and the odd crap performance is inevitible, regardless of who the manager is, so an 'unexpected' defeat was always on the cards, especially given Kettlewell's record over the last 20 odd games. If someone had said after Hammy's last game that you were going on a run that would see you lose 3 in 22 (or whatever it is), everyone would have been delighted. If you think your team should win every game every week and play expansive attacking football, probably best to go and support Celtic or Man City. Last week, we beat Hibs (and the usual suspects had that down as a tanking before it kicked off). In fact, Hibs, a team who have progressed in Europe with a couple of decent performances, did not lay a glove on us all game and only scored because of that ridiculous penalty. So, agreed, we were crap yesterday, but every team in the league will have crap days. If you're on here posting about the eighth defeat in a row, that's the time to wet yer knickers.
  15. Tickets bought. Crossing the watter for this one. 8-0 Motherwell.
  16. I know a lot of people prob won't notice or pay much attention to it under the circumstances, but if you watch the vid of the first goal, as soon as Biereth beats the man on the corner flg and starts to come in, Wilkinson is between (and slightly behind) the two defenders. He then makes a wee 3 or 4 step run to get in front of the two defenders to make the pass in to him possible. A striker who can find these positions and runs must have something about him. Ally McCoist made an entire career out of being the guy 'who was there' to tap the ball in from around the six yard line. Maybe having someone who can spot the run and make the pass will make a big difference to the other strikers as well. A striker not finding scoring positions is a lot worse than the one who fluffs some chances.
  17. I think the doom mongers from earlier in this thread need to come to terms with the fact that if Kettlewell sees something in a player, thats better than some fans not being excited by a player. Bair and Wilkinson won't score at this level. Well, they've both scored in 50% of league games they've played in. There's not many Motherwell managers can say theyve lost 2 in their first 20. Let the guy do his fucking job and stop greetin' about everything.
  18. I know this isn't related to the HIBs game, but I can't get the ticket link from the 'fishel website to load..... https://tickets.motherwellfc.co.uk/ just me ?
  19. Exactly the point I was making. If that had been the other way round, we wouldn't have got a foul for that. So we didn't do anything to put ourselves in trouble as MJC was suggesting. We handled Hibs perfectly all game. They only came into it off the back of a shite refereeing decision.
  20. Seriously ? We make things difficult ? Who was at fault for the pen ??
