You are right of course, and there is no doubt it should not be tolerated and he did do this as a professional earning more than the majority of people who graft every day. I suppose the but is this. Managers are paid to manage players and personalities. O'Donnell, Tierney & McKinstry aren't playing just now and it'll be up to Kettlewell to motivate these guys too. Hammell didn't manage Van Veen and what he is. He wants to win, and get goals. The manager did not give him the support he required by his formation. I won't dance on his grave but he mismanaged him & a vast number of other matters.

I really enjoyed Kettlewells interview and paid aspect to the fact of the 3-5-2 and what St Mirren had done to be hard to beat. He installed graft tonight - St Mirren were the better team but a solid foundation and an impressive interview. Well done Stuart.

Having rewatched the first goal I can't believe how lame Goss was for the first goal. He has zero toughness. I don't blame those two - I don't see much shouts for a quality Defensive central midfielder - I think it's the most vital of signings.....and I think it will help those guys out massively.

Leitch was a tremendously underrated player good to hear his name again.
