    Groundstaff

The South Stand's been there alot longer than the undersoil heating, it's only been in recent seasons when they've ripped the arse out it that we've had real bother.

    Stewards

Acctually I'd they shut the road for afew minutes to allow people to disperse. It seems for some people on here its Rules> common sense.

    Stewards

More shite from the holier than thou brigade on here. Rather than talk about the day glo mongo's your more concerned that somebody's broke the rules. COMMON SENSE FFS. Folk should be up in arms about how shite the stewards are at Motherwel. This giving they idiots megaphones after the game isn't working either. Sort the fucking stewards out.
  5. if you listen to it, they do cover games live from the stadium.
  6. I don't care what a player eats or if he likes a booze. If he's turning up and can play football then I don't care. What people gloss over is alot of continental players smoke, even Zidane was a smoker. Look at England they have a top division filled with athletes, dull dull uninspiring football though. Shouldn't be about how fit a player is, should be worried about if a player can control a ball then pass it.
  7. CRAIG BROWN'S DICK FELL AFF SHAGGIN' ARCHIE KNOX that was ma favourite last night, also some lad had a belter of a banner, looked like a tea towel with an essay on it. Boys maw's prolly ragin' now but.
  8. Aye, so why all the mock outrage on here from supporters about some sets flaunting the law whilst others do the same elsewhere? Well, naw, he isn't
  9. Taking your life in your own hands pal. In seriousnes, the attitude most fans have on this stuff is so ill informed. Moans all the time about falling attendances, yet people on here are happy for the younger support, who will be the support for Motherwell for several dacades to come to be switched off for daring to have fun at the football with their mates. I think in Germany they stopped clamping down on pyro and general hijinx in stadiums because it was gettin youngsters engaged in football and through the gate. Illegal or not people should be supporting their own support at least for the effort in trying to create some kind of atmosphere.
  10. The original Fox in the Physio Room
  11. Well not really it looks like there's not much smoke, not "like a couple of weans with a banger", it's about mentality, not stopping through lack of numbers. And also will c***s on here stop refering to the people involved as "weans" all the time? Is it not also an offence to enter a football ground drunk? how about we condem the whole happy clappy jack daniels brigade aswell for breaking the law too? After all just the way it is innit?
  12. The people moaning no doubt break the speed limit and other laws more often than not, yet have a fit about smoke bombs at the football? A football stadium is harldy confined, its an open air space with, if your lucky, a roof. Air circulates well round a stadium given more often than not your blasted by the wind. 90% of Motherwell fans aren't very cool
  13. Goodwillie will get his move to Peterhead very soon though
  14. They no doubt sent real proffesionals to eye up the guy and make sure he was as good as thought. Throw in that afew of the FM staff have went on to be employed as acctual scouts means there's some real knowledge there, not some vague pondering on a football forum.
  15. Yes, the scouts are scanning football forums as we speak to find new players.
  16. Nobody noticed because it's such an obscure wee rule, it's not wrong to assume that what looks like a pretty simple transfer, even for people involved in football. If our rules mean emergency loans don't count, and English rules say the same, it's not unreasonable that nobody pulled out the "Big Book of FIFA Transfer Rules" to double check.
  17. I'm sure Martyn Corrigan played for us, Dundee and Killie in one season, so the rule doesn't exist here but seems to come into play with an international transfer. So we've know our rules and the English rules and then a daft FIFA rule that nobody's sure about has came into play.
  18. It is not Motherwell's fault what so ever. *ring ring* "Hi Leed United, Motherwell here, we want Mike Grella on loan, that awrite?" "yeh sure don't see any problems" "cheers lads" Thats how I imagine this was conducted, at some point somebody at Leeds should have realised no since this is a cross border transfer some daft fifa rule comes into play, before letting their player come up here and have to go all the way back, no doubt missing a days training etc. Transfers in England seem to contradict this rule all the time, since "emergency loans don't count" so why was anybody wrong to assume this wasn't the case.
  19. There is that, but a young player doing well in the second division is an unknown, unproven punt, whereas in the English lower leagues your susually taking on a guy with a little experience and who'll already be playing full time, granted it's still abit risky, but less of a risk I'd say.
  20. All too easy to say, but when was it actually better?
  21. heard somewhere its less to do with Northern Ireland or that, its the derry for some Dairy behind it or on the site previously. Mis-spelling or something.
  22. neither can I, since the price doesn't go up 2.5%
  23. It was paid out, that's part of the investigation. When the bet paid out the winners withdrew all the money from their accounts, seemingly this is a sign of foul play.
