  1. I am guessing Grimshaw will be at the back left or right with Law in the other slot.
  2. Perhaps Grimshaw in for one of the wingers
  3. Our problems don't really compare to others, do they?
  4. I would look for a penalty too but every other hand ball in the box situations get waved away
  5. It's a chance to see a new central defensive partnership, possibly the way ahead.
  6. Not so noticeable yesterday but this season his passing has been shocking. Also his desire to check back rather than run on shows a lack of confidence in his speed and running power.
  7. Ainsworth could get a tackle in before someone who feints gets their kick away
  8. McManus wasn't booked at the penalty, his first was that challenge in the middle.

    Josh Law

Don't worry, attention will now switch to Chalmers if he stays in the team.
  10. Having read the rules, both teams encroaching mean the kick should be retaken whether it was scored or not.
  11. Can't appeal a yellow card, even one that results in a red.
  12. Law's encroachment was as a result of shadowing his man who moved into the box, possibly technically a correct decision but it was a poor interpretation of what happened.
  13. I see Erwin is back on the bench for Leeds
  14. Given that Laing will play, who will be the defender on the bench next time? Will we bring Watt in, or will it be Chalmers as Hammell will play?

He said the Euros would be his last summer tournament, means he would retire within the following 2 years.
  16. That doesn't sound right unless the gaps were due to people withdrawing their service rather than completing their term.
  17. There is a cornucopia of criteria to be considered. A veritable smorgasbord of opinion. But there are probably few of us died in the wool fans willing to give up our time for the cause. I have spoken to Tom possibly one time but would like to think he is 'one of us'. I also understand how you can get sucked into a process and 'the more things change, the more they stay the same' it can be difficult to achieve what you set out to achieve. I am not yet disenchanted with the WS but perhaps I am more tolerant than most.
  18. I haven't read the small print but I assume the office bearers are up for renewal at some point and those that have a strong voice and want to have a say can put themselves forward. I will vote for someone who makes a strong commitment to represent the fans. The WS cannot be puppets of the club but they must work to a common goal.
