  1. Bowman loved to get the ball and wheel away from goal, why?
  2. Not through yet but would give the Saturday night game a go, sat in the house for the Dundee match, it lacked a bit of atmosphere, a bit like the Cooper stand to be fair
  3. Can someone ask Hylton to put a ball into the box, beat your man one time and release the ball, simples
  4. My guess is that the winner came off Hartley (again).
  5. Getting a closer look at Grimshaw in the first half made me think he is not much of a playmaker. Donnelly was poor today, got caught out for the first goal although I am not sure the ball should have gone to him.
  6. Are we now going to store up a rainy day fund or will we raise spending to match our incomings?
  7. His ball into midfield was being read too easily
  8. Second week in a row that we have conceded as a substitute runs on to the park
  9. 3 games out of 4 in 10 days against St Mirren With a game against Saints in between.
  10. Hylton is a good individual player but he has no game awareness, he doesn’t relate to other players in the team
  11. The sheer joy on O’Hara’s face at the goal was good to see
  12. Does he get that every week? He can retire after this contract.
  13. Polworth had the chance to play Long into the box in the first half and chose to sky it over the bar, second half Long cut across the box got crowded out and put a shot out for a throw in when there were others in the box to pass to, wrong choices too often.
  14. Second game in a row that Hylton has failed to turn up/ perform/ be effective, got in a position to sclaff it though
  15. Give it to the new boy, welcome
  16. I think we can get away with it if we prepare for it and do it from the start, it’s changing it mid game that scares me
  17. 5 at the back, 4 in the middle, anyone up front, see how we are doing after 70 minutes
  18. Scott would have made a difference in that he can gather long balls, bring them down with one touch, what he would have done with the ball thereafter is anyone’s guess
  19. Unwritten rule not to make a substitution when defending a ball into the box. On comes O’Hara, runs into the box, ball comes in, goal. No idea how it got across the box but the defensive set up was disturbed.
  20. One header, on target, into the keepers arms one shot from distance off the post one corner after Bevis moved up front that was it
