  1. I don’t know what we were able to negotiate with Campbell’s transfer but a wee promotion bonus would be nice.
  2. He is told to slow down the keeper but he can do that without getting the yellows, Livingston was ridiculous and we lost him for 2 games

    Alexander.

We are as well starting next season with Alexander, who now has the experience of this past year and knowledge of the players, than the gamble of another new face. The difference being that a new face would be given time (again) whereas if Alexander is not performing by, say, October his past record will go against him and he is more likely to be ditched.
  4. Given our form it was vital we got Top 6 otherwise sliding is what we may have continued to do.
  5. Transfer windows are really registration windows, the next one isn’t open
  6. https://www.dundeeunitedfc.co.uk/tickets/away-club-online-ticket-hub?ftredirect=1 It should be this, but if it’s not working I don’t know

And appoint who, most of the other candidates are bottom six managers

Correct. We were sitting fifth and a point at Livingston made sure we didn’t drop out of the top six - we didn’t sneak in at the last minute, there was a two point cushion over the teams in 7th and 8th. We were in fourth position for more weeks than we were anywhere else and certainly sat in the top six for the vast majority of the season. We finished that stage of the league where we deserved to be.
  9. You need 3 keepers surely. If one is injured or suspended you need two for the match day squad. You are missing the boy Mahon we have signed. In general you are correct, a more compact squad will focus things for all of us.
  10. Don’t know the details but it must be
  11. I thought they were querying the verb?
  12. Winning the Scottish Cup means you qualify for Europe. Catch 22.
  13. Just follow the link on the official site via Matches/First Team Fixtures
  14. I can only imagine the ref has to book someone for the interaction with the fans, it is usually the scorer who is first there, it wasn’t in this case but he took the traditional option.
  15. You can see Lamie being booked after the goal in this video. Not for anything he has done but because the crowd came on the pitch, is my interpretation.
  16. He could have had his own full set of cones.
  17. Nobody is winning a league at Fir Park which is a good thing.
  18. Why do you think timewasting and feigning injury is ok, no one else does. KVV got needlessly involved and got booked. You can see it around 2:22 in this clip. He challenges the keeper, slowing the process down, giving the keeper an excuse to go down. Without his intervention the keeper would have kicked the ball up the park while our guys were celebrating. The keeper was at it and ironically we took advantage of the time wasted. But when a goal is scored it should be left to the defending team to restart the match.
  19. KVV ran from the 18 yard line into the goals getting needlessly involved. We had just scored a goal, go and celebrate, or get back and get ready for the game kicking off. Any attacker who runs into the goal to retrieve the ball is deserving of a yellow card.
  20. I would expect Tuesday or Wednesday
  21. The official site has Lamie being booked too, maybe for inciting a pitch invasion but I never noticed that. KVV definitely got booked but it was an age after the incident, after the keeper had been attended to.
  22. KVV followed the first goal into the net to retrieve the ball and tangled with the keeper. The keeper went down. Van Veen was rightly booked, he had no business being in the back of the net. On the plus side, the time the keeper spent on the deck created the injury time for us to score our equaliser.
