  1. Come on, quality aside the Canterburry away top was first class. The sheer volume of punters on here talking it up (looks wise) should surely raise enough heads at the club and kit designers to use that as a template.
  2. Brave predictions there chick............ Picking cup winners from outwith the old firm and he goes with league placing 3&4 last season. What qualifications do you need to be a BBC sports journo again??
  3. Agent in please move to the club where I will get the biggest slice of fee shocker!!
  4. Good if we can pull it off, but Im hoping McCall advertising the fact that Blackburn will let us have him for free, isn't an own goal...............
  5. Yes, I would agree with that. But I think some form of paperwork would have been nice too. Its not really a big deal, just a pain in the arse.
  6. Questions in the title. Going on honeymoon in the early hours of the morning, the wife had warned me within inches of my life not to mess up the clean kitchen so I thought we would head down to Pizza Hut and enjoy the 2 4 1 on main meals offer you get with your season ticket. Unfortunately, no one in the Pizza Hut Palace grounds had heard of it. The waitress even went to check it out with her manager. Obviously, Pizza Hut deals are not a deal breaker in getting the ST, but its a bit of a pain in the arse, to be honest if I knew I was going out to spend £25 in Hamilton, I certainly wouldn't have been going to Pizza Hut. I try not to moan about the club, but since they made a big play on the 'fantastic discounts' we are meant to get, maybe they should make an effort to get the deals publicised. Perhaps Im being harsh, perhaps they should just have printed the deals in your season book so you can at least show it to staff, rather than look like a chancer! Right, im away to Kenya, enjoy your pizza's. I'll eat some lions and antelope!
  7. No he didn't! Did you go to his one game that he got the full 90 minutes? Against Killy I think, he had at least 3 fresh air shots inside the 6 yard box, including one infront of a fucking empty net! The guy was atrocious. All he would be usefull for in a footballing capacity is standing in Buchanan Street, showing off tricks!
  8. Im getting married this Saturday. Its been booked for the best part of two years, so fortunate it wasn't scheduled for a couple of weeks ago!
  9. I enjoy the company I work for, but if one of our competitors came in and asked me to move to them for double/triple my salary, doing the exact same job (no additional expectations/responsibilities) then I'de be off like a shot! Even if they were c***s.
  10. Wev played him upfront before against St Mirren and he was gash. Also, I don't think his shooting is better than his crosses, I think they are both the same kick. The only reason you think its better is because you have noticed he's scored a couple of goals in the last few months. He's also put in a couple of decent crosses too, and muffed a fair amount of shots.
  11. I would be interested to know what song would have been played had we scored. Celtic got their 'just can't get enough' belted out, did the SFA ask us for ours? Hopefully we had one lined up ready to go, but the pessimist in me thinks that the Old Firm were getting their tunes at a neutral venue and the rest get nothing.
  12. I've scored a few belters at 5's over the years. Doesn't change the fact that Im shite at football!!
  13. At the end of the day if we somehow pulled out a win on Sunday, Celtic would come out angry in the final. Im more than happy to get beat off them Sunday and then send out the big team to deal with them at Hampden.
  14. And even then you are only talking about the fans behind us and not the players on the park!
  15. Are we meant to have recieved a renewal letter in the post? I won't be at all surprised if mine doesn't come. Every year they don't know me, nor my seat, doesnt matter how many databases we all sign up to............
  16. I think its a good idea. Get the kids in early for free for years on end, then when they are old enough to buy some of them will do just that.
  17. Why wouldn't you get them?? 3000 season tickets, even if everyone buys 4 each that still leaves 4000 tickets remaining before they go on public sale. Now I am guessing if you plan to get your ticket on Monday then you have a season ticket. Chill out, theres more than enough to go around. Sleep in your own bed on Sunday night, it'll be fine.
  18. Given that we have a home gate average attendance of 4000, and could only manage a mighty 7000 for the semi final, where everyone that wanted a ticket could get one, that still leaves 9000 tickets for maws, burds, pals etc. Calm down. Everyone will be fine. And given that we only took 7000 to the final, i don't feel the least bit bad about taking my bird to the final for her first ever 'well game!
  19. I would expect that if you are succesful in the ballot, you are then allowed to purchase a ticket.
  20. Fucksake, get a grip. We get a regular 4000 punters if we are lucky. If we are given the quoted 16000 tickets, that leaves 12,000 tickets for burds, maws, pals that don't go often etc etc. Thats the equivelant of filling fir park with unregular attendee's. Not going to happen! Wind yer necks in, there will be plenty to go around. PS- Im taking my burd with one of the tickets I will get from my ST!
  21. Fuck it, if he wins the cup for us then he will deservedly be Claret and Amber forever!
  22. Fuck them! There fans paid premium prices for an Old Firm Final! They both charged mental prices for their scottish cup games against each other this season too - £40 a skull or something, because they both knew they would sell out.
  23. These threads are always gold. Season ticket holders think we should get first dibs, anyone who doesnt have a season ticket thinks that scenario is out of order. Give it another couple of pages and we can progress to the 'better fan' debate. Get a grip, when the tickets get announced, we will all get one.
  24. And then all the best ones would leave. Over the last 5-10 years the majority of the best refs have been highly paid proffessionals in their day jobs. What would the SPL pay a pro ref? I can't imagine they would go above £35k. That figure isn't going to appeal to anyone who is busy making £100k+ per year.
