Dougie defo got both our goals. Midweek match and it was 2-2 at half time. Who were u there with Tache? Think I drove that night! Wasn't at Muirton for that 3-1 game. First time I recall being there was a 2-2 the following season. Quite a bit of crowd trouble I think.

I was at that game. Think we lost 2-1, not sure about the exact date but it was midweek just before 91 cup final. Possibly May 8th or 15th.

Used to like going back in the 70's when team was playing away. Wasn't so easy to get to away games in those days. As Tashe says, was good to have FP almost to yerself.

In the past, for trips that were not so easily accessable, a BBC team would travel with the official party. Remember Dougie McDonald in Faroes and Chico in Finland. Suppose they could have travelled off there own backs though.

No problem mate. I'm usually quite supportive of the club as well but this whole episode has left a bit of a bitter taste. If the club hadn't made that statement on Friday, I'm sure many more fans, myself included, would have made a more serious effort to travel.

Think you're mis-quoting me a bit there. The only issue I'm referring to here is the game in Albania. Even the guys I know who are going to Albania are pissed off that the club are not running a charter. Anyway, I promise not to critisise the club again if it annoys you so much

Can't agree with that, Hamburg would be a great draw especially as the final will eventually be played there. Don't think we'd have much chance of reaching the group stages anyway.

Think the club were officially "not taking any tickets" because they didn't want any hassle but if anyone is determined to travel then they will be made available. Fair enough, I suppose, but they should be a bit more open about it.

So what exactly is the offical message from the club regarding fans who might still be considering travelling to Albania? And has this changed since last Friday. Doesn't seem to be any info on the official website, think the original statement has now been removed.
