Scottish Premiership Game 32:St Johnstone (A) 07/04/18 15:00

I'm on holiday so was only catching score updates from BBC website. Doesn't appear to have been much of a game and that's reflected by the lack of responses on here by those that were at it. Any comments? How did McGuire or Bowman look? Did Bigi or Grimshaw step up to the plate? -

I assumed they were in hospitality. Not the way to behave if they were. -
How do bans work? Would he have served his with whoever he went to after Rangers or does it kick in on his return?

Personally I always go for the South Stand. Same price as North Stand. Good view with good facilities. Unfortunately they can't reduce the prices without doing the same for the other semi. If anything I'm surprised they're not higher to milk that game for all its worth. -

Yeah I thought it was strange as well. Perhaps trying to cover up for Thomson slightly by agreeing there was an offence but disagreeing with the punishment. -

I don't think the rules allow a yellow card to be added against Brown (or any other player before anyone pipes up). -

It was so over the top, it did sound a bit like the Only An Excuse parody of Chick Young. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk -

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the announcer who sounded as though he'd been landed with the job at about half past two. -

The rules can't start saying "don't include this or include that ". If you wanted to really make them fair then you would have to consider the opposition as well. We've played 3 top division teams so were likely to pick up bookings in keenly contested games than, for instance, Killie against Brora (no bookings). But let's face it, that would be over the top and McInnes is just bleating for the sake of it. -
Fair enough, I was just surprised by the number of people that seem to be writing him off. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Are we judging Hendrie on a 45 minute appearance or am I missing something? As for left backs, our current incumbent has probably won about 4 man of the match awards since the break despite his limited distribution.

He was far from outstanding but I don't remember Dunne doing much wrong so probably best of a bad lot.

Another horrible day then. Won't help the crowd much but I've dug the big coat out the wardrobe and am on way. Unusually optimistic which might be a bad sign! -
Even if they lose to Hibs tonight, Levein has steadied the ship and they don't lose many goals or games. Much as I'd like to, I can't see them suddenly collapsing.

He had some major blunders but he couldn't have been that bad to have lasted so long and I remember fairly regular 'Woods Woods' chants when he made a save. As for his coaching skills, I have no idea but people who know a lot more about football than I do have chosen to employ him.

Do Rangers just get mentioned over and over to increase that website's hit rate? I'm not aware of them ever putting in a bid or expressing an interest- it was all media talk saying he could do a job for them. Hopefully Moult gets and takes another chance but if their style doesn't suit him then you have to wonder why they bought him.

That makes sense to me but they'll have a pricing policy which means they have to charge full whack for those stands and we'll have some supporters who want to sit behind the goal due to the reduced cost. -

That's a ridiculous kick-off time if it ends up being Aberdeen but was always likely. -

Sounds promising. If the game's shite we could put on Murder She Wrote or whatever else they put on on a Saturday afternoon these days. -
I don't think it does come down to his interpretation of "under control". Going by the wording of the rules it comes down to whether he had his hand on the ball which was on the ground and it looks clear cut to me. I have to admit however that this rule was news to me and at the time I was convinced it should have stood.

He scored their first goal against Celtic so ws the best thing since sliced bread. I thought he was anonymous apart from when he seemed to avoid a physical challenge and when his delivery was really poor. -

Hadn't really seen that at the time. Cochrane did look like a little boy lost throughout the game to be honest. -

Totally agree. They must have had around 4500 there which is a great turn-out but if it was pay at the gate I reckon there would only have been about 3000 (which would still have been a tremendous effort considering the conditions). Having already bought tickets pretty much makes your mind up although they did have some empty seats. Although it was disappointing to see such a small home support I can understand it. I was surprised how little snow there was as there was a lot more in the part of Glasgow I live in and I really doubted I would make it to the game. Tremendous way to finish the match though - I love getting one over on that mob! -
They could be out of the senior leagues pretty soon the way they're going.
