Need to get rid now!! He gives a good interview but not got a clue about a player or a formation. Moore and Erwin in the middle of the park and the least said about the left back or the centre half the better!!!

The entire club has lost its way since the summer. No leaders in the Directors box, dugout or on the park!! The Well Society will never work - and I am a member. There are just not enough of us. The team are a shambles, goalkeeper not good enough, defence all over the place, midfield missing and nothing up top. McCall must go now before it's too late! Anyone saying otherwise is living in the past. The team are no longer playing for him. McCall out!!!!

McCall has done a good job! We have however been hopeless all season and his recent signings have been pathetic leaving him with no one to turn to. I strongly suspect his time is up as that was yet another recent abject Motherwell performance!! McCall out!!!

Tactics were murder - appears we have learned nothing!! Sutton up top alone does not work. No point in playing your best player out of position either. Lawson and Lasley are the same player and McCall will have to make his mind up who to play sooner rather than later. Desperately need a pacey right winger.

All problems started with the Managers failure to replace Jennings and Craigan. Ramsden is a poor centre half and is not the player to bring on any of the other young centre halfs. Law can't play centre mid and the game passes by Lasley. We are also now so predictable and play the same tactics week in week out! My thoughts on a few players:- Humphrey - complete waste of a jersey - the few times he beats his man he never finds a Well player Daley - does not even merit a comment!! Hately - corners and free kicks are pathetic Hammell - delivery from wide hopeless Lasley - past it!! One good game all season away at St J Higdon - may have scored a number of goals but contribution to the team is limited - if not scoring it's like playing with 10 Said after the Hibs game it was time for the Manager to go - nothing has changed my mind - cant see matters improving until he does! Don't forget to take JJ with you!!

Time up - McCall out!!!!!!!!

What he needs is a strike partner, rather than the imposters who play along side him and on the wings!!!!

Well it was not Craigan!!

We are bloody hopeless!!! Not got a clue going forward. Did we even have a shot on goal? Time is up for craigan - the guy is a bomb scare.

Last nights performance reminded me of the later weeks of Jim Gannon's reign. The Defense were hopeless (Craigan and Reynolds in particular) and got pulled about all over the shop. Both goals were a shambles. As usual we contive to beat ourselves!! Gordon Young is not to blame but i cannot see him getting anywhere near the level of respect required for a manager. We need a new man in charge pronto to get a grip of the players before a slide sets in (fear it may have already started). Another consequence of not having a manager is that referees like that little shit last night have nothing to fear - whilst we have had plenty bad ref's over the years i believe if the previous wank of a manager had still been in charge a few of those decisions would have gone our way! Trying hard not to worry about our immediate future!!!!

Gutted by the performance today, so here goes:- 1)Tom Hately - will never be a centre midfielder in a million years! So much better at right back. Pathetic attempt at a penalty kick. High time the centre forward started hitting these! 2)Saunders - disappointed with his slackness especially in the first half 3)Forbes - simply not go it 4) Lasley - badly missed! 5) Murphy - missed his pace and directness 6) Humphrey - Another good performance (really coming on!) 7) Blackman - A little too greedy on the ball but tried very hard. Blackman and Gow - Really struggle to get on the end of cross balls with their head. Felt that if Gow powered the one header he won rather then knocked it down it would have went in. 9) The Team - Really struggling to score goals!!!!!!!!

All depends on where you get your information from!!! The two Jimmy's will do nicely for me, despite the fact that i have slagged JC of for years.

New Manager will be Jimmy Calderwood!!!!!!!!!!
