  1. Today, an Airdrie Utd season ticket holder wished me luck. He added 'It's always good for a diddy team to beat one of them', so he isn't even an anti-Celtic fan. We don't particicularly like each other but he felt the need to express how eveyone dislikes them.
  2. hat, trilby - coz it annoys the people I am with, but it's just for a laugh new cup final scarf - first I've bought since 1991 auld retro 1952 top - coz it's FB size, fits and I wore it at the first game Jeans - whatever is cleaned and ironed boxers - with a variety of dubious stains, coz I am that nervy I am losing all control socks - first pair that fits. the Samba.
  3. I was told about us going to Murray Park on Saturday and said , if anyone would mention it, it would be him.. It is best to avoid him at all times. His only input was being responsible for introducing 'bawbag', 'buffoon', and 'auld twanger' into the English language.
  4. In the league - the shimmy king with go go gadget neck on the goalline. There was also wee Fergus' first game. The first 30,000+ crowd (bar Rangers) at Celtic Park all season watched wee Dougie win it 1-0. tee hee. "They should be made to hold the game at Celtic Park to let 60,000 see us win the league" Scott McDonald.x2 Bye now. Cheery. Have a nice evening. Thanks for your money "Tommy Coyne will never score put Celtic out the Cup. He's a right good Celtic man" Ping - January and your season is over. Move along now, nothing to see here. etc etc edited for bad speeling
  5. I remember wanting O'Neill off at half time coz he had done hee haw. And I remember saying "ach don't hit it fae theeeeerrrreeeeeee!!!":yahoo: Shows you how much I know.
  6. I spoke to Softy the day after it, he was gutted but he appreciated the supporters who all spoke to him to commiserate, and mentioned his wee dance after the semi. Bobby Russell missed out too and Nick and I think O'Neil was only in the squad to keep the crowd going....which he did after 90 mins when my emotions were completely and utterly drained.
  7. An estimate is more accurate. for example If you are a Celtic season ticket holder, and attend every home game, it is estimated you will pickpocket your own wallet back every ten years. it is guestimated that the average attendance will be 49,000 in these ten years.
  8. I'll be checking out the front windae on Monday for a silver cup with claret and amber ribbons - good price ma man!!!!
  9. I ayways thought Greggs should sponsor us. Decent pie stall if nothing else!
  10. HEY HEEEEYYYYY. I was was outside Hampden soaking up the atmosphere when this happened. It was some laugh. And when you say , 'fell out' you did fall out. Start of a happy, happy day
  11. What's happened to our Italian friends - the ones that made it to our victory over Celtic at Fir Park? Or did I just dream that?
  12. Gawd! big man!!! I'll make a special effort to make enough noise for both of us.
  13. I was disapointed with a draw, away to Celtic. Great times.
  14. Aye! Gawn yersell. And while your at it wave one of those flags you can buy in a shop - a saltire with a Motherwell badge on. They'll go mental. No you better not. You'd be classed a bigot. And amongst 35,000 of the greatest supporters in the world, you probably would be!!!!!!!!
  15. If Neil Lennon acts like an eejit on the touchline - I will hurl abuse at him. If Neil Lennon does not act like an eejit on the touchline I will not hurl abuse at him regardless of his behaviour, if we win I will laugh at him and tell him "to cheer up....it's only a game"
  16. Don't worry milo, this is a common symptom felt during a bout of Cup Fever. It's a feeling that commonly y follows an outstanding semi. In time, the stomach butterflies and sweats will return along with insomnia and the childlike 'how many sleeps to the big day?" I would leave it for few days, then have a day out in the big toon. Alchohol to be taken, with friends, as and when required.
  17. I see part of what you mean but you've highlighted Jamie Murphy! You can't leave out the scorer of the 2011 Scottish Cup winning goal!!!! PS Chris Porters in it twice.
  18. People explaining who the 52 cup team are, not knowing who Gary MAc is. Jeez I am getting auld. Anyroads. Good luck guys. Sounding good.
  19. One of my favourite games of all time and what a goal from brilliant Bobby. One of the finest players I watched at Fir Park. McNee on TV at five o'clock never saw Colin O'Neil. At the programme the next day he said he did. Git. There was also Candid Cameron (?) going an about Kirk riding the challenge and it was not sending off. But then said if he never moved he'd have had is leg broken. Twat. Sunshine a Terrace. Oh htat's fair cheered me up since yesterday. Cheers. The Rangers 3-0 game - Mark Walters penalty hit Robert Maxwell, That's how he fell of this boat. That's true so it is.
  20. I've been saying this for yonks. Even when the Humph is not playing well he keeps the full back pinned back. That's why I always give him the benefit of the doubt, and why people who don't know football were, to my mind, overly critical of him. Mon the Humph! There, I'm getting all excited again.
