  1. Great night. Johnny Gahagan was worth the entrance money alone......

    Vs Hearts

Good photos there - that snow blizzard was during the pre-Christmas game was it not though?
  3. He also said there was no way that Rangers would lose the league last season - repeatedly for weeks on end. Twat.
  4. We've had one game called off this season, due to a section of the park being frozen - and that was due to a fault with part of the undersoil heating.... Hamilton had to narrow their pitch due to their undersoil heating failing at part(s) of the pitch.... did I miss the condemnation of them for not having a fully functioning undersoil heating system?
  5. I think the problem is with the words to that song, and not the sentiment the song is trying to convey. When the Celtic fans start with their Soldier Song and general Ireland love in, then the song fits the purpose. Sang to 'foriegn' players then it's not. Something alluding to a judas or a turncoat gets over the point of McGeady or McCarthy turning their back on Scotland....

    Ian Brines

It's also on Celtic TV tonight at 8
  7. Soldier song isn't sectarian, but they sing it for a reason. Anyway, the 3 blasts of the 'Boys of The Old Brigade' are worthy of note, as are the renditions of the Celtic Symphony with it's praise of the IRA. Positive action against sectarian incidents though.....
  8. Worryingly there was a large number of Celtic fans in the 're-allocated' Cooper fans today. Some in colours, but all openly supporting Celtic and celebrating the goal. Did the police not state they wouldn't entertain 2 sets of fans in there for these matches?
  9. Good to see that you can remember the things you've suggested previously......
  10. There's a healthy thread already about this. It would be a good idea to rip the pitch up during the season to make the repairs though eh? Blinding idea that
  11. Oh well, at least I'll get to see one game in the cup.... Eejit of a ref
  12. Aye, it was a replay last night and he wasn't registered for the original tie.
  13. I agree about Clarky and Sutton, but I think Aydilek will play more regularly. I'd say Fitzpatrick is filling that left hand side at the moment, and isn't the type of player McGhee wants in the role. Aydilek is though.
  14. Well, there's the crux of the matter!! We were told we would get a refund and now that offer has been withdrawn......
  15. Saturday Service = SS Questionable thing to chant right enough, but there you go!!
  16. If the scheduled date of that event had been changed 4 times it would happen..... Not all of us have jobs that allow us to take half days at very short notice to travel up, and on the last 2 scheduled dates the games weren't called off until I had started work for the day.
  17. So, basically you had a window of 6 and a half hours from the game being declared on to get to Fir Park and claim a refund? Pretty poor stuff.
  18. Or make unused Inverurie tickets valid for entry
  19. Willie Collum's the ref I'm sure..... Not sure where he's from, but I don't think he'd have inspected the pitch this morning.
  20. Got as far as Shotts on the M8 this morning and turned back because it was a nightmare, decided the train was the safer option.
  21. Typical, they'll put the game on today when it's not safe for the Motherwell fans to travel to and from the game.....
  22. Anyone know if there are any plans for a pitch inspection tomorrow? They seem to have inspected the pitch the day before every other attempt......
  23. Was thinking the same thing - i.e Monday's game (if it goes ahead) may restrict any last minute deals just before the window closes as we'll be playing when negotiations would take place. Works both ways though, we're less likely to lose someone but we always seem to get a loan deal in on the last day.....
  24. While there's nothing much can be done about the postponements due them being weather related, it's fast becoming a pain in the arse!! As it stands I'll need to finish work at 3:30 tomorrow in Edinburgh and drive straight to Inverurie as I simply can't ask for any more time off work just to cancel it at extremely short notice. No guarantee of getting time off next week either so could be another drive straight from work......
