  1. 1984 celebrations on the pitch at Forfar's Station Park as the team returned to the Premier league.
  2. Itchy feet have got the better of me. I'll be through
  3. For sheer delight the scoring spree during the tragic game against Dundee Utd takes a lot of beating. Not just for the number but also the quality of the 5 goals. That such a game became etched in 'Well history for the wrong reason cannot delete the quality of the play from the team being captained for the last time by Uncle Phil.
  4. As with others on these boards I was originally a Hamilton based 'Well fan, but do those of you living in Motherwell know of any Motherwell based Accies fans?
  5. If you believe the official site: tickets available Must confess I'm getting itchy feet and beginning to think about heading through.
  6. Wow! Brilliant watching a Bobby Graham goal once again even though the Pettigrew goal was the best of the three.
  7. Wishing you all a peaceful New Year
  8. Like most, it involves the Cup Run in '91. But I especially remember the celebrations down at Cappielow after Psycho's winning penalty and the semi-final replay win against Celtic, including THAT goal.
  9. Hello to a fellow groundhopper. The West Stand will be hosting the 'Well supporters as they hope to party-poop this final match. With my priority being a trip up north to Inverurie I've decided to sit this game out.
  10. You're not suggesting the Chopin Piano sonta Op. 35, no. 2?
  11. As the players run out at Fir Park just now there's surely only one tune to remind them where they are: click
  12. The usual superb quality photos from the Caley Jag's site.
  13. Of all the squads that won nothing was there any other that contained as many players held with such affection? Or is it just a generation thing for those of us who stepped onboard the rollercoaster in the early to mid 70's?
  14. Needing to sell all their top players due to their abject failure in Europe, and with an under fire manager who seems increasingly unable to motivate the dross that remains, it looks like Rangers will be candidates for the drop.
  15. and swapping ends at half time
  16. Bobby Graham, though I wish I had had the chance to watch Keith McRae
  17. Rarely heard such praise for their manager than I do from the present squad of players. MMcG is openly not a 'Well supporter and doesn't share our passion for the club, but in this results driven business he has undoubtedly encouraged the team to punch way above its weight.
  18. Another vote for Clarky due to his energy and enthusiasm. Deserved a goal or two
  19. If money doesn't grow on trees then why do banks have branches?
  20. Would you welcome a Team GB if it risked further opportunities to defeat the might of England?
  21. ...and would he shag Sue Barker?
  22. On the pitch or in the commentary box?
  23. One or two of us noted the massed rank of stewards required in front of Kilmarnock's fan in the South Stand. A bit heavy?
  24. that hat

    Mark McGhee

If so then why not go for Hegarty, he's got a superb record as manager of Livi.
