  1. Thought long and hard about a season ticket this year, haven't had one for 4 or 5 years and despite all that's going on I bought one, a wee show of faith in the club. I was then thinking of other ways I could help the club out, a monthly direct debit, etc. Now I read they may be put in the 1st, I give up. If this comes to pass then I will just pack it in. You need some integrity, order and rules in life and sport, even a semblance of those values however vague, makes you feel while watching our game that it's just and fair, even a little bit. I believe it's important to at least feel that's how it is, how life is. Whatever punishment Rangers suffer it has to be fair, it would have apply to anyone in a similar posion. If that is not the case then football in Scotland would feel a lot more tainted and a little dirty.
  2. Are Dundee Utd and Aberdeen now the Old Firm? Rangers don't exist now and Celtic can't be called that on their own can they......hahaha, it gets funnier by the week/day/hour/ minute!
  3. No. Maybe Scottish football needs to go back a few steps in order to become stronger in all areas going forward
  4. Just bought mine. Had one in the East for the best part of 20 years until about 4 years ago. In the POD now, Feels good to have it back
  5. Couple of things, the ref books O'Connor for an off the ball kick at a Motherwell player in the centre of the park while play went on elswhere, why no red card? Secondly, did you see the picture of the team bus after it's wee accident on the way home from the game? You can delete the last part if it's been mentioned already
  6. Have you heard something Dave? As far as I'm concerned the game and the atmosphere there earlier in the season, helped by the sensible stewarding, were great. Quite sad that this is the kind of thing we talk about in the run up to games nowdays. The classic was at Tannadice when the steward reminded us to be in our seats before kick off at about 2.50!!!
  7. Not a paper that ever gives us much credit or affords us too many paragraphs but there is a good two page spread in the centre of the paper by Andrew Wilson. Worth a look.
  8. Yeah, you're right, how did I forget Livingston Scott, sorry. By the way, I think the phrase you meant to use was 'danced around me at 5's'............
  9. Carluke to Blantyre to South Queensferry to Leith, currently and likely for good, in Cupar, Fife
  10. Maybe that's their new name 'cos they're in the Premiership
  11. Looking forward to Rhona's party. Start of a beltin weekend. What's the gen on the "nibbles"?
  12. What a shame, you'll be missed Davie
  13. The week is fair draggin already
  14. Can't work myself out. Been going to Motherwell games for a long time, all I want is a wee bit of progress, maybe a cup run, maybe a young player with talent emerging. Hoping I suppose that we'll do something daft and actually win a trophy. Here's my quandry, why do I get so feckin wound up and nervous when we get the big games, I can't bloody relax. The midweek game against Utd, the other semi, hell, even the '91 final! It's all I ever wanted and I'm wound up tighter than a posties rubber band collection. You go week in week out you have a moan, a shout, get angy and sometimes have a ball at games but as soon as it's a big match in unfamiliar surroundings, unusual travel arrangements, like a supporters bus instead of the car then whoosh, nervous bloody wreck. In saying all that, the flip side is that I can't wait. Ever since we beat Utd I have been hyper. I am so excited. Maybe I have answered myself amongst my ramblings. Fancied a blether
  15. If you want to contact us direct then pm myself, kmcalpin or joewark legend. We are a group of 'Well fans spread out between Dundee, Cupar, Markinch and Glenrothes. We run the odd bus like this one but for the most part we share cars. Between us we haven't missed a game for years. There is an annual Christmas do which Stevie Kirk has been at the last two years and a certain Andy Paton was at a couple of years ago, much to the delight of Stevie Kirk. Good bunch of folk and we are always on the lookout for new members. To join it's an annual fee of £10 adults and £5 kids. Colin
  16. Just to let folk know we are running a bus that day. There are over 20 seats taken already, still leaves a few seats if anyone in the area fancies it. Give myself or Kmcalpin a shout if anybody is interested
  17. Just about ran him over this afternoon near the train station when he chose to cross behind a parked car just as I overtook it. Silly boy!!
  18. You should be in yer bed Dave! By the way Phil reckons we play much better when your no there. Just saying like! Brilliant game, loved it
  19. pm Kmcalpin mate, he's in charge of the Fife and Tayside MSC. We will be going through but not sure at the moment of numbers
  20. Ya fat/ugly/wee/ginger/baldy/greedy/fucking/mental/stupid bastard. Take yer pick or all of them and often
  21. What about the Shotts bus that ran from the mid 90's. Big Nanza (Graham Saunders) and Stuart McLean organised it and it went to away games for years, left from the 32 club, cos they had a car park, no other reason. Few folk no longer with us now that used to go on that bus. Had most of my favourite days as a 'Well fan going on that bus. Now a member of the Fife and Tayside branch, great bunch of folk, and we are taking our first bus to an away game on Sunday.
  22. What a lot of shite that was tonight. No idea, no fight, no leaders and no idea what the penalty was for. Neither did the Saints fans we asked.

    Scottish Fitba

They keep shafting us and most of us keep going. If enough folk are genuinely hacked off then get a boycott going. They don't care about us so stuff the lot of them
