Celtic crumbled under pressure but we just weren't good enough to take advantage. That was a strong finish so hopefully we take some confidence into the next three games which are huge.

Long is a man down on days like this. I can see why Alexander kept him in the team to keep his confidence up but it's not working at all.

Nolan has only played two EFL trophy games in 12 months after a bad injury in his 30s. He will be nowhere near fit. Foley is a midfielder who again has barely played in 4 months. I'd have liked to have seen Magloire but he has only made a couple of appearances for Blackburn and 10 for Hartlepool. We have no idea of his quality.

If we had gotten the third our play deserved it would have been a comfortable finish but successfully holding on again will hopefully be good for our confidence. Lamie did well after not starting for a while and seeing two centre backs come. We definitely can't fault his effort. Devante Cole was superb and hopefully he is up for getting himself noticed by scoring the winner on Saturday.
