  1. Motherwell U20s: Morrison, MacLean, Livingstone, Armstrong, King, Brown, Plummer, Turnbull, Fisher, Tanner, Petravičius
  2. He's an arsehole. He's proven it in on the park, in the dug out and off the park. It's shite that he recieved a plasticine bomb in the post but it's not exactly great that he threatened to stab a lassie in Bolton either..... Anyway more importantly i'll be sticking a few quid on big Cedric to score this weekend.
  3. It's not often you sign a player who hasn't played 90 minutes combined across his whole club career but has seven full international caps.
  4. I think we should play one up front for the next few games so he'd be coming on as a sub.
  5. It was an excellent performance for the 30 odd minutes we had the McHugh, Campbell and Bigirama midfield. It might be the case that this season the formation and team selection will have to change depending on the opposition and we might not have 11 first pick starters but a core of Carson, Kipre, Hartley, Tait, McHugh, Campbell, Cadden and Moult and guys who come in and out.
  6. Campbell has just carved his name into the starting 11.
  7. Aye considering the queue is full of adults passing kids season tickets to other adults it's a very long shot.
  8. I went through to the game against Holland last night. Cadden played well, nothing too eye catching but a solid performance and he was the Scotland player who was still going strong at the death. Dom Thomas started as well and looked sharp with some great touches. It was an impressive performance from Scotland in their first competitive game together against a much bigger Dutch team. Morgan from St Mirren was dangerous every time he got on the ball and Ralston from Celtic and McKenna were superb at the back. It was good entertainment for a fiver at the gate, hopefully they stay competitive in a tough group.
  9. The Jeroen Sinclair situation is mental. Watford and Sheffield United agree a loan fee, Sinclair wants to go Sheffield but his agent tells him to sit in Sheffield train station while he tries to get himself a bigger fee. Deal gets cancelled due to the agent's greed and Sinclair will spend a few months watching Soccer Saturday instead of playing in front of 27,000 at Bramall Lane.
  10. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2730888-a-day-in-the-life-of-sheffield-united-boss-chris-wilder-on-transfer-deadline-day An article following Sheffield United's managaer on deadline day. We seem to be quite straight forward to deal with compared to some of the chancers down in England.
  11. Just Newell I think and he is only 20.
  12. Aye same here. I was waiting on Dundee United as well.
  13. From what I could see Crusaders were launching in high balls which we struggled to deal with.
  14. Good sounds like a great goal.
  15. I remember someone on here said Celtic u20s were the favourites for the tournament last year which was mental. As you say i'm glad they have been found out.
  16. Most fans of lower league clubs feel it is devaluing the competition and given the fact that most Premiership clubs won't even play their games at their home grounds they have a point. The only reason the u20s are in was to test the waters for Old Firm Colt teams in the league set up. The results have proven that is a non starter now so we should leave the lower league teams to their tournament.
  17. By the sounds of it we are lucky to be only one down. Possibly too much for the boys. With Accies, Aberdeen and Ross County u20s getting gubbed you have to wonder how long they will keep these teams in the tournament.
  18. Crusaders are 5/4 today which seems very generous. I'm not sure if we are taking any overage players but today will be a big test for our defenders.
  19. It would be better to keep him for the league prize money and the Scottish Cup.
  20. He will probably think it's better to stay on the current wage to increase his chance of a bigger wage later. And if a team is willing to pay us £500,000 for him they would surely rather than pay him a big signing on fee, us heehaw and save themselves a few hundred grand.
  21. Teams are going to be struggling to match up if we are putting Bowman, Moult, Rose, McHugh, Kipre, Hartley and Dunne in the box for set pieces.
