It's hard to believe how bad Wilkinson is.

Last season wing backs bombing forward in attack. Right now SOD continually giving the ball away and Soare hasn't touched the ball in their half.

Big Wilkinson moves like he has concrete boots on.

Decent experience playing in Europe and Cyprus so hopefully he can make an impact. Slattery, Miller, Paton and Davor seems like good cover for two of the midfield slots. Tierney seems to be headed out the door so we possibly still need someone who can cover/compete with Spittal.

They've got Ruari Paton who scored 26 goals for QOTS last season and Barry Hepburn a winger on loan from Bayern Munich so they might be decent going forward.

Doncaster is somehow untouchable though. Burrows seemed to genuinely love the guy when I spoke with him about a couple of things, it was baffling.

Watching those videos Spittal looks a lot leaner than last season.

He has decent experience so it'll be interesting to see what he brings. If we are planning on starting two wing backs in their 30s I don't think we'll be seeing much football played this season. Getting a decent striker in still has to be the priority and we should be nowhere Moult. Dundee United would be ideal for him.

The club doing some hype for Miller. We are probably going to be talking a lot about contracts and potential transfer fees but the important thing is that it's good to have some real quality in the team and hopefully we can get the benefit on the park while he's here.

I think it depends on Blaney. If he's up to the job of playing on the left then stick Casey in the middle, if not then probably Bevis middle with Casey left. McGinn has the right hand side locked down.

We are very lucky to have Miller as I think he's the best Scottish player in his age group from what I have seen watching the Scotland u17s and most of the best young Scottish talent is heading south these days. Celtic and Rangers have lost a lot of their best prospects so it's impacting everyone. If Miller plays to his potential and progresses there will be a lot of interest in him.

There were some positives there like Miller and Slattery looking sharp and Wilson making a lot of good contributions. Right wing back and striker are still problem positions despite renewing SOD and signing Obika and Wilkinson. I think we have fucked up in those areas and it's going to be difficult to fix.

I might be wrong but I think that's the first goal we've scored from a corner since Slattery scored at Pittodrie nearly a year ago.
