  1. KVV will be back from suspension for Ross County and Hearts which is decent as they are the most winnable fixtures. Alexander better get his thinking cap on for a forward line for Tannadice. Celtic park on trophy day? I think I will pass.
  2. He's made his decision. Are we going to wait and see if Dundee get relegated before making decisions on the squad?
  3. He almost scored an equaliser in the last minute at Celtic Park but hit the post. I think after that he fucked off back to London. Eddie Nolan is the real mystery man.
  4. Aye Las seemed to be waving goodbye today.
  5. The pitch makes the performance irrelevant. All they do is boot it from 10-20 yards inside their own half high onto our defence, don't genuinely compete for the first ball then try and win the second ball. The ball also seems to hold up suspiciously around the 18 yard lines on the side of each box. They know exactly how to play the park and we were not at all comfortable on it. Coming back for the result was excellent and knowing the smack dealer will be raging for a long time makes it sweeter. It was mystifying that Efford stayed on for so long but apart from that we did what we had to do. O'Hara was excellent when he came on, him and Lamie have shown that players will still try after a PCA. I still find it strange we let Tony Watt go to a rival under similar circumstances. We have had some terrible linesman recently but the guy today was taking the pish. He was struggling to drag his belly up and down the line the entire game.
  6. That was encouraging today. Goss finally got a goal after a lot of bad luck, Shields made an impact, Cornelius was excellent and took his goal brilliantly and Slattery gave us a bit more composure in the middle of the park. Van Veen's run for the fourth was genuine quality, I'm looking forward to seeing it later on. It seemed like the game plan was for him to play a bit deeper and Shiels and Efford to run in behind the defence.
  7. We could easily lose every game between now and the end of the season. We won't finish bottom but the playoff is a real threat.
  8. Lennon Miller and Bailey Rice started for the u17s in a 2-2 draw with the Czech Republic, Max Johnston was on the bench for the u19s against Turkey. I'm not sure if he got on.
  9. How many goals do you think he should have? He is playing up top with two guy who would struggle to get a game for Accies.
  10. I've said it before. I think he has his eyes on the improved compensation for being sacked in his new contract. His team selections since Burrows got the league shut down have been unbelievable.
  11. A great strike. We tend to pick up points when KVV scores, one nil will do.
  12. I'd be surprised if 5 points from 2 away draws and a home win doesn't get us top 6 looking at the fixtures. A win tomorrow would be huge but we need to avoid another loss.
  13. I can see us digging in for a point here.
  14. O'Donnell closes his eyes when he plays a pass. He has went massively backwards since he signed.
  15. Did you not say a while ago you had a Rangers season ticket at one point?
  16. Correct. I think he actually wants sacked.
  17. He's absolutely brutal.
  18. 1 pass in 35 minutes made him by far our worst performer.
  19. Efford attempted 2 passes, completed 1, had 0 successful dribbles and miscontrolled the ball 3 times in 35 minutes. Obviously he comes into the starting line up.
  20. We have put in three strong performances in a row now so hopefully we can get three points and get our league campaign back on track. I don't expect to see KVV so Roberts through the middle with Woolery wide and probably Shields on the left. O'Hara and Donnelly are nailed on so it's between Goss and Shaw for the other midfield spot. At the back I think it will be SOD Sol Ojala Carroll. White should be the type of opponent Ojala handles well. Tough on Bevis and Lamie but it's a squad game and Bevis struggled against Charles-Cook. The big takeaway from Sunday should be if plan A isn't working get the subs made early and give someone else a chance.
  21. A good second half performance. Woolery was immense hopefully he can keep it up. Amalozour and Shaw also had their best games. Amalozour should be ahead of Tierney and possibly Shields. Liam Kelly kept us in it first half.
  22. Aye we got 11 points from those fixtures in the first cycle. 7 from the tougher reversed second cycle. 7-11 points from the 5 games will put us in the hunt for 4th place and Europe at the split.
  23. O'Hara is showing that you need a big engine to play that role in the team and Slattery at the moment doesn't have the legs to do it. He was very good in the holding role at Easter Road and i'd like to see him there again as he offers more than Donnelly.
