We have put in three strong performances in a row now so hopefully we can get three points and get our league campaign back on track. I don't expect to see KVV so Roberts through the middle with Woolery wide and probably Shields on the left. O'Hara and Donnelly are nailed on so it's between Goss and Shaw for the other midfield spot. At the back I think it will be SOD Sol Ojala Carroll. White should be the type of opponent Ojala handles well. Tough on Bevis and Lamie but it's a squad game and Bevis struggled against Charles-Cook. The big takeaway from Sunday should be if plan A isn't working get the subs made early and give someone else a chance.

A good second half performance. Woolery was immense hopefully he can keep it up. Amalozour and Shaw also had their best games. Amalozour should be ahead of Tierney and possibly Shields. Liam Kelly kept us in it first half.

Aye we got 11 points from those fixtures in the first cycle. 7 from the tougher reversed second cycle. 7-11 points from the 5 games will put us in the hunt for 4th place and Europe at the split.

O'Hara is showing that you need a big engine to play that role in the team and Slattery at the moment doesn't have the legs to do it. He was very good in the holding role at Easter Road and i'd like to see him there again as he offers more than Donnelly.

Considering the rain we have had for the Dundee United, Hibs and Aberdeen games the pitch is in great nick.
-
Near the end? If it was an Aberdeen hand it's a stonewaller.

A good second half performance and we can't really complain about a draw but Shields should be finishing his chance. Ojala looked back on form, he's obviously a player that takes a while to get going.

McGhee turned us around twice. If he is fully committed to the job he could be a decent appointment for them this season.

Van Veen has poured some petrol on the fire with his comments about Gallagher and Bates. He forgot to mention Brown and Ferguson but he will hopefully correct that before Saturday.
-
When you think about what they must be paying Brown, Ferguson, Bates and Gallagher they are massively underperforming. They are always looking to take out of contract players from the likes of us, St Johnstone, Accies, Livi etc but they rarely make many succesful signings who are new to Scottish football which limits them.
-
That was a brilliant comeback. As soon as the rain went off there was only one team in it. It had the atmosphere of a good old fashioned cup game. Our players seemed to enjoy it and a few of theirs definitely didn't.
-
That wasn't the issue. Kmcalpin said we would never be able to field a team which could play good football and get results despite the fact that we have done it in the past fairly regularly and other teams of a similar size have managed it as well.

They were a good side when they had Paatalienen and Shiels as managers. Killie under Clarke and St Johnstone for most of Wright's time were top 6 six sides because they scored goals. We are not currently comparable to them having only scored 2 in 6 since Burrows successfully lobbied to get the winter break brought forward.

Fans booing him warming up against Livingston wasn't clever either. Tony Watt and many of our fans are thick as mince.
-
Fan ownership is reality not an idyll. Half the top six is fan owned. The problem is signing players who are shite and signing too many of them. If we had just signed one quality replacement for Watt using his fee and wage, the fee and wages we could have had for punting Lamie, the fee we paid for Effront and his wage and the wages of Shaw and Niernold we would be better off. The manager publicly stated he didn't want a direct replacement for Watt. Our transfer policy in January has crippled us on the park.
-
We have done this on a number of occasions. As have Kilmarnock and to a lesser extent St Johnstone. It's not impossible.
-
Nathan McGinley can't pass or cross the ball and we are rumoured to have signed him up until 2025.
-
I'm sure the club negotiated a generous pay off figure.
-
Efford is pish.
-
I think he had checked his run to avoid going offside and couldn't adjust his weight. Woolery has set up two decent chances so he's been the best of the front three for me.

Three midfielders doing fuck all there.

GI Joe passes less than KVV.
-
Liam Donnelly starts again. Alexander is trying to get sacked. There is no other explanation.

Robinson got tired of rebuilding . No Robinson took his £150,000 out of the Turnbull transfer then barely won a game and still got a golden handshake.
