  1. The difference is Rangers have experienced pro's who are of better quality in the better or more important areas of the pitch. We need to play at the top of our game and hope that their better players have an off day. Thats where the financial disadvantages has taken us in the modern game.

We did very well first half, but then we lose concentration, as always, and they get a lift, and then with home support, raise their game, and well we know the rest.

If we are to beat Rangers, it will be at Fir Park, games at Ibrox and Parkhead are write offs and basically should be forgotten about very quickly.

They have the players and the tactics to throw men forward against a defence that they know can give up cheap goals.

Thanks. It's frustrating all the same but as Orinoco said, I'm forgetting about this game already and we'll move on.

  2. I don't agree, when I'm watching a game of football and suddenly seeing smoke coming from the crowd Bradford is the first time that goes through my mind.

you might not see a link but I do

also if your so bored watch the game you feel you need to let a smoke bomb then may be you should just get a new hobby

Agree with Delboy, when there's smoke there's fire. No need for people to put others at risk at a football match over a silly flare.

  3. Just a quick note to publicise the launch of a new Supporters Club covering Fife & Tayside. Its members come from Mid/North Fife and Tayside. Members currently car share to games. Membership is £10 for adults and £5 for Under 18s and OAPs.

The contacts are Phil Hart (Secretary) Dave Wardrope (Chairman), Colin Smith (Treasurer) and Rhona Waugh (Social Secretary). The Branch's email address is fatmsc@googlemail.com

New members in Mid/North Fife and Tayside will be very welcome. Come and join us.

That is fantastic news kmcalpin. I spent many years visiting family in Rosyth and Broughty Ferry so I know the area. I wish you all well in your new found supporters club. Having had some experience in founding a new club in Newarthill many years ago, it took a lot of patience before it started to move along, but these days with the internet it might make it easier to keep your club members informed.

    All the best.

  4. hopefully one day i can meet you B-)

Decorator, please accept my apology for my previous comment. I was just annoyed by the way the thread was going and I didn't mean to be obnoxious towards you, I lost the thread. Again, I am sorry! It is difficult being a 'Well fan so far away, but no excuse....

    ;)
