We're miles behind and attitudes like the above is one of the reasons why, which, incidentally, is based on what? Not every academy player will make it but we have to develop youth players much better than we do and that means giving more players opportunities at younger ages more of the time. I’m not interested in what Kilmarnock and Dundee Utd do, only what we do and until we are mathematically safe and cannot finish 11th then absolutely no way should be be fielding youngsters as opposed to our strongest available eleven.
